                              HOW DO I CHANGE MY E-MAIL IN MY PROFILE

Glory - click on "profile" at the top of the page to get to your own progile - look to the left, and you will see "Modify Profile" The very first line "Account Related Settings" is where you can change your email. To get to other profiles to check to see if others have listed their emails, just click on the profile button beneath their Avie where they have posted (I do not know if there is a way to get to a list of members - there was at one time, but the site has changed since then). Maybe Michelle can help with that question.

EDIT - I didn't realize that most of you have hidden your email addresses!

                               I CHECKED E-MAILS TO BUT DID NOT KNOW THEY WERE HIDDEN I NEVER CHANGED MINE SINCE I MOVED.

                             I THINK I HAVE LOST MY MIND WHY CHANGE MY E-MAIL IF WE ARE GOING TO CHANGE STUFF. THANK YOU FRANKIE. I NEED E-MAILS FROM PEOPLE,

When I look at my profile, my email is not hidden.   However, when I went to the profiles of those of you posting today on the OCD, Pepe, JoAnn, Frankie, Corbet, Dudley, and Glory..... all of your emails say "hidden."   

I want someone to go to my profile and see if my email says "hidden" or shows my email.  It should show my email!

I have spent most of the evening copying things I want to save from Claymaniacs including all 144 of my birthday poems, my dialogs in the vacation thread and from Clay concerts including my Meet and Greet.  All of the pictures are stored in my Photobucket, but I want to keep my "diary" of some of the Clay trips.

Hopefully, we will not lose this site, but I do hope we keep our secondary site.  I do have that bookmarked!

 Tomorrow afternoon I have an appointment with the oral surgeon who removed my tooth a few months ago.  I will see him and probably schedule an appointment to remove the "partner" tooth.  Very frustrating to have to lose a tooth because it is shifting!

Prissy - of all of the emails I checked, I could only see mine, yours, and Meesa's! Joann, however, told me that mine was "hidden" when she looked at it!

Love the Easter Bunny photo - I have all of our grandchildrens' EB photos framed and on a table together.

I am going to try to save as many of the ANNs tomorrow as I can - right now I am headed for bed!!!

Morning my friends I think we all need a good strong coffee after the news on the site but I made hot tea for Betty and some hot chocolate with marshmallows too Brought some poached eggs on wheat toast and chocolate donuts for Jan I just posted this in the RTM as all of you here are family also, dang this whole thing just saddens me

Peggy, I just wrote the same thing in that thread, it's like a computer crash, and losing everything.  I know it really affects us here as we've been a family for many years, just like the OCD and BLPT, I'm sick.  I often go back and read the wonderful posts surrounding the many happy and sad events we've shared here.  We are long distance friends only by the geographic constraints placed on us, we are close as any family.

I often go back and read the wonderful words of comfort to me when Al and Woody passed away, how you all circled the wagons when so many of your OCD members passed away, when our Debi passed, also the many joyous occasions we've shared after get togethers

PRISSY, checked your profile and your email address was there so double checked it and I had the right one.  Got Joann's and heard from Sasha last night to make sure we had the right addresses. 

Very upsetting news about the site and wonder why  we weren't notified earlier seeing we were asked to send money for a new site,. 

I am going to go and add my email address to my profile.

Good Morning Everyone,


   It is rainy and much cooler today only going to the upper 50's.  Mom doesn't feel good at all, so she has returned to her electric blanketed bed.  Even my leg, the bad one, is achy this morning.  As soon as I finish the post, I'm going to put a heating pad on it.  It is something to see.  Ice on the foot and ankle but at the same time, the heating pad behind the knee and thigh!   I'm a mess!

  It's sad about the latest trouble here concerning a move and hacking!  I don't have pay pal but about a month ago, I got a "strange" email saying that someone "possibly" had entered illegally into my pay pal account.  STRANGE SINCE I DON'T HAVE AN ACCOUNT!  I just returned an email to them and told them to not bother me anymore.  Needless to say, didn't hear from that con anymore.

  I hope that all of us has a great day today.

Sharon--I grabbed a cup of java! Thanks!  Since I managed to lose 1.5  LBS this week, I'm sticking to the diet this week.  Of course, yesterday I "snuck" in a fried thigh and leg!    As Prissy showed me, a thigh has 360 cal and a leg has about 110!  I'm bad, but I have the rest of the week to work it off.  Love my fried chicken, can't help it!

Good Morning!

I see we are still here, for now. I'm not going to talk much this morning - want to try to save what I can - there will be so much lost. After 1:00 p.m. today I will basically be gone until bedtime, so I have to do what I can this morning. I also have to wait until Lewis leaves for work - he has a couple of things going on the computer, so he will finish those before he leaves.

I will be back to check on all of you later - we need to think of ways to inform other members (such as Meesa). She will come back from her honeymoon, and the site will be gone.

Good Morning!

As JoAnn said, it is cool and rainy this morning.  I don't think the rain is supposed to last.  We may go to the Exchange on the military base in west Fort Worth before my appointment with the oral surgeon at 2 this afternoon.

Very sad about the site possibly ending.  I have been a bit selfish and saved some of my own threads and posts, but if we are still here, later maybe Skip can help me and show me how to save more things.  I will probably go to FUN STUFF and try to save some of the Creative Writing there, especially the wonderful posts by Lady C  (Kris).    I'm not sure about the Garden Threads;  so many pictures there.  I will just have to see how it goes.

Hello Again Everyone!


  Prissy and I have just "figured out" how to get everyone's  "hidden" email to appear in your profile.

1. Open up your profile.
2. Look to the left under "Modify Profile".
3. Click on "Account Related Settings" this is the first link under Modify Profile.
4.  When the page  opens, make sure you write your email address.
5.You will find a statement  "Hide email address  from the public.
6. Make sure the box next to it is unchecked!
7. Got to  the bottom of the page next to "Current Password"
8.  Type in your current password to this site.
9. PRESS THE CHANGE PROFILE BOX  AT THE BOTTOM RIGHT OF THE PAGE.

If this is done correctly, (takes about two minutes) 3 symbols will appear under your avatar!  People can then press the profile symbol under your avatar and then see your email.

It worked when Prissy and I just did ours.

I tried to go to a lot of pms pages to retrieve e mail but there is something wrong with my puter

this is very sad news for all of us. I hope Michael can get us all back togehter. We have made so many wonderful friendships that I hate to see them disapperar

I have had tolog in for over a week, so i wonder if that has to do with the hacker.  

If Michael sends us information via e mail then would someone e mail me as he does not have my correcect e mail now.?

JOANN, I am with you I love that Fried Chicken. I am a thigh and leg person to, I like the darker meat and hubby likes the white meat.  Although I love the rotisserie chickens at Walmart.  The white meat is delicious on them.  They inject them with seasoning I think.  I just had a lemon pepper one and it was sooooooooo good.

The sun finally made it out!

Pepe----Hope you're feeling better this afternoon.  Mom finally got out of bed around  4p.m.!  Achy and just plain doesn't feel well today. 

  I only went to the grocery store then to Braum's to get Mom's milk and chocolate/pecan yogurt.  I came home had lunch, put the ice on the foot and a hot pad behind the knee and "bam!" I was out like a light for over an hour!

  A friend just told me that a possible 3 concert date is out and about.  July 31 at the Silver Legacy Casino in Reno, Nevada!
