Mario Lavanderia (his real name) is facing several lawsuits by paparazzi who claim he uses their stuff without permission. Hilton says he refuses to pay license fees claiming because he is a “journalist” he has the right to use the images for free.

SORT OF A OFF TOPIC MOMENT...

I AM SADDEN BY THE DEATHS OF BOTH FARAH FAWCETT AND MICHEAL JACKSON. 

BUT IN THE SAME THE TOKEN, I'M SO SHOCKED HOW THE MEDIA IS PORTRAYING MICHEAL JACKSON.  AND THIS MORNING THAT SLEAZY LAYWER OXMAN IS TRYING TO IMPLY THAT MICHAEL'S DEATH MAYBE DRUG RELATED.   WE REALLY DON'T KNOW UNTIL THE AUTOPSY IS PERFORMED.  AND SOME NEWS SOURCES ARE  JUST FOCUSING ON WHAT HAPPENED IN THE PAST 15 YEARS.    FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, THE MAN WAS PROVEN INNOCENT.     I WISH THEY WOULD FOCUS ON HIS MUSIC AND THE CHARITIES HE WAS INVOLVED IN.

THEN THIS GOT ME THIKNING ABOUT CLAY WHAT HE HAS TO ENDURED BY THE MEDIA OVER THE PAST 6 YEARS.    I'M STARTING TO WONDER MAYBE  CLAY HAD ENOUGH WITH THE SHOW BUSINESS AND MAYBE WILL START ANEW WITH DIFFERENT PROJECTS BEHIND THE SCENES.    MAYBE BE A PRODUCER INSTEAD BEING IN THE LIMELIGHT.   I WONDER HOW CLAY FEELS ABOUT MICHEAL'S DEATH.    RIGHT NOW HE REMAINS QUIET.
