Philly... I'm soooo glad an edited version ended up on YouTube.     Without swampthing's ugliness (thank gad I didn't have to see it) and despite having to listen to JH and KG, I thought the piece was extremely positive towards Clay and enjoyable overall.  It certainly could have been much worse.

Think TMZ during primetime.  Now that was beyond a smear campaign.  And it still makes me wanna Puke

Philly, I watched ETHS last night--with swampthing in it--and I thought it was OK.     Considering all the things they could have said, it was really very complementary in many ways.  Jean H didn't belong there but didn't say anything bad that I remember.  swampthing of course should take a long walk off a short pier.

But the woman from blender and the other guy and the AI producer and Terrance Mann were very nice.  Even KG wasn't as abusive as usual, but they really should leave the comics out of those.  What place does a comic have in a biography?

The factual bio part was quite good I thought.  They dissed the Claymates of course, said some of them were crazy (and they are) but it could have been much worse.  They showed both young and old fans, no blue hair.

Lots of footage I haven't seen--good screencap material!

Wish they hadn't included the Ripa thing.

When they showed fan reaction online to Clay's coming out I was just hoping and praying nothing from our shoutbox would make it in there--and thank you God!  It didn't.  We were very lucky there. 

So all in all, I was pleasantly surprised.

Poor Pokey. 

I have been known to give the dog Chex for breakfast.  CRUNCHY!  Like dog food.  Altho dogs will eat anything.  I'll concede that.

Perhaps if you had soaked those Grapenuts in chicken broth.........maybe that would have worked.  shrug

Anyhoo, I'm asking for prayers this morning for two family members.

First, My Uncle Chuck is in the hospital. He was diagnosed with throat cancer and had surgery. He's 76.

Second, My brother in law John, who is in the air force reserves, has been activated is going to Quatar.
