I just found my menu from the Gala last year.The meal was very delicous...Grilled Tenderloin of Beef ,Seared Atlantic Salmon,with Merilot Tarragon Sauce.Grilled Asparagus, Garlic mashed potatoes.

After the salad course we were offered Chardonnay, after the entree Sauvignon,& after dessert ,Freixenet Blanc de Blanacs(champagne) ..Oh, and  Coffee & Tea.

If you go away hungry, you go away HAPPY anyway (HICCUP!)
