Philly ~ Thanks for the you tube link. Its almost addictive, once I got there I started watching some of the older videos,and it just proves it....I LOVE CLAY AIKEN!!!

I sure do miss him, I was surely hoping we would be hearing something about his UNICEF trip to Somalia...Maybe "SOON".

Have to vent a little.  I was re-badged at work today and I never thought anything of it at first.  New badges and building access cards are nothing new to me.  We get them every few years.  This year it's entirely different.  There is this Presidential Mandate that all federal employees receive "Smart Badges".  Not only was I photographed, fingerprinted and had to answer a bunch of personal questions, but now I will be receiving a new pin number and badge in three weeks with a computer chip in it!!!!!!  I really feel like my privacy is totally gone.  To me, this is totally "Big Brother" courtesy of our President.  They started rebadging this week with just upper management but the rest of our employees will be getting theirs as soon as we can schedule them.  Not too many people are ok with this.  Everyone is apprehensive about what this all means.  What next, computer chips embedded in us?

We live in a very scary society anymore..If you had refused to be rebadged would your job have been in jeopardy ?

We were not asked if we wanted new badges, we were told to schedule ourselves for them.  A vendor came in to do all 4,000 of us.  First management and then all employees.  If we refuse to get them, we will not have gate and building access to come to work.  I understand the need for security but this is going a little bit too far.
