I'm going to do a Google search to see if I can figure out what to do about this horrible pain in the bottom of my foot  .

Okay, I found something that says to take an anti inflamatory like ibuprofen.  What I have may be something called plantar fasciitis  shrug.  What I do know is that it really hurts, and I'm thankful for the internet.  I love my search engine  Super Happy!!!  Laughing.

Beth did you injure your foot?

And just to be clear now, is it a horrible pain or is it a dull pain that isn't bad enough to go to the doctor for.  scratch  I'm confused.

I did not injure my foot.  Or if I did, I don't remember! 

Okay, let me clarify.  It's kind of one of those things that when you were a kid, you told your mom it hurts when I touch and she would say well then don't touch it.  Well, guess who touched it!  ROFLMAO

Oh I've had Plantar Fasciitis twice.  Once was last summer when I went on vacation in French Canada and had to walk all over creation and back, up and down hills, with excruciating heel pain.  That was not fun.  No!

You've got to get arch supports and take Ibuprophen for a week or two and do some stretching exercises.
