Philly thanks for the movie suggestions.  That's gonna take way more than one sleep over.  Especially if we watch Tess too cuz that one's like 3 1/2 hours long.

Have you ever seen Calendar Girls Philly?  That one's supposed to be good.  I think it's based on a true story.

Cindy ~ If you like Nastasia Kinsky have you ever seen Cat People?

Fran ~ I do like Nastasia... but never saw Cat People.  What's it all about?  Should I watch when hubby is working or would it be one he might enjoy too Don't Know

Oh he'd like it.  It's about people who turn into leopards after having sex.  Kitty  Very artsy tho, not porn.  Surprisingly it's a remake of a 1942 film.  Don't know what it's rated, maybe before ratings?  1982.  Malcolm mcDowell is also in it, and David Bowie sings the theme song.

CALENDAR GIRLS IS A GREAT FILM!

OK, I'll put that one on the list too.  Now there's 9.

I won't put Tess or Cat People on the list cuz I don't think Angela would like them, but I just may rewatch Cat People myself.

We saw Hairspray at the theater.  We loved it.  Especially the part where Zak Efron licks the palm of his hand and runs it over his hair.  Gotta see that on the big screen!  Angela audibly groaned after that.  I was so embarassed.  There were children there!!!  Good thing her DH wasn't there, that's all I've got to say.

Time to leave Angela.  Everybody gets 1/2 day off on good friday to go to church.  Ooo, sorry, that was in the 60's.  I'm showing my age.

We now have at least 5 inches of snow and it's still falling.   blink

Fran... don't feel so bad.  I rem. when it was still 'politically correct' to get Good Friday off and the world (imo) was a much kinder, gentler place back then.

I always love when it snows, just as long as I don't have to drive in it!  Think you might like to take a pic & share with all of us....  bigsmile   Not sure if we'll get any more snow in New England this year.  It's downright balmy today and feels like spring has finally arrived.  The high tom. will be around 50 degrees!  Great SD weather for all our pals in NYC.  Look for Clay stripped down tonight!!!
