Just wanted to come on here and tell all of you that Dave rcvd something in the mail that he did NOT order.  It is a D&B purse.  It has a price tag of $285.  He nor I ordered it.  The seller is from ebay.  We are going to hang onto it to see if it was sent to us in error.  We've never ordered anything from this seller.  We are wondering how they rcvd his name and address.  The seller on ebay is in the UK, but yet under the return address label, there is an address from Little Rock, AR.  WEIRD!

Hi All!

Stopping by with some GREAT NEWS!  Irene's mom had surgery early this afternnoon & she got through it with flying colors.     There were no complications & the surgeon did NOT have to do a full hip replacement.  It seems the break was much lower than expected & they were able to repair the area with a rod & screws.  I know, that still sounds VERY nasty & invasive.  But her mom is doing well & Irene is very, very relieved.  She said to Thank everyone for all their prayers & good thoughts!!!   

Tho the road to recovery will be a long one... let's keeps the prayers coming for Irene & her family!  You guys are the very BEST!

Hi Beth!   That is sooo strange. Sellers never ship until payment has been received, and they always get the winners name & address through their email or Paypal correspondences.  I know cause I use to sell on ebay many moons ago. 

Did you check the sellers name on the ebay search engine?  All of his or her latest auctions should come up & you'd probably see who actually won the said purse.  I love a mystery, but this one has me really baffled.     Let me know what you find.

Prayer Request

I rcvd a phone call this morning that my Grandma is in the hospital.  She fell and was taken by amulance to the hospital.  She has a cracked pelvis.  I do not know any more than that.  I haven't been able to get ahold of my mom.  I assume that she's been at the hospital all day.  My grandma is 94.

Update on the purse: I had Dave research it a little further.  He said that, "yes" he did order something from that seller, except it was a $9 shirt.  He has contacted her and made her aware of the mix up.    I think that I'd rather have the purse.
