We're going to try to do this one - the best hotel we found was the Marriot - 1 / 1/2 blocks from the Kravis - booked there with the AAA/CAA rate of $118.00 per night - 2 double / queen beds - so could sleep 4. This hotel came recommended and looks really nice.
Just in case anyone is looking for a place.

We're headed to NC for a couple of days so Kirk and Katie can meet my family then to Indiana for a couple of days so Laura and I can meet Kirk's family! Am so excited!

That's great - You MUST be excited. Daughter bought an investment property. Roy and I are going to see if she can live in it for awhile before it gets torn down. She sings with the Houston Corale. I wish Clay was using Choral groups because she would be in it ---wouldn't that be awesome?
I guess you heard that the tickets don't go on sale until 4/14/07. That's good for us. I wish I had a connection ------

I couldn't do presale, since during work...but they were only selling 1 ticket at a time. Went to box office and got two in Orchestra Row J.

Ginny says it looks like just a preparty where we'll do hors'doerves, etc...no prizes and stuff like a full blown pre-concert party. It'll be great to be meeting up with everyone!!!  I'll let everyone know as soon as I do. This is thru the South Florida Fan Club group. |
