Frannie ~ I've never used youripper and don't know much about it. Are you trying to save/rip a youtube to your computer? If so, here are some instructions that I found at CV on how to do it. (I've not tried this either but maybe it will be easier?) from claylee at CV: Okay, here's how to save a youtube video to your computer. It's really pretty simple. Copy the url of the video you want to save (it's over on the right side of the video screen). Then go to www.youtubex.com and click on download, paste the url in the space provided, and click on "Get Video". Then a little box appears and you just left click on "Download" like we do for yousendit's, save it with whatever name you want followed by .flv, and it's done. Same can be done at this website: www.javimoya.com/blog/youtube_en.php but instead of pasting the url you copy and paste the site address. This works for google videos too. I always "save target as" to my desktop and these videos from youtube automatically play on my VidLan program (VLC). It starts off as a small screen but you can enlarge it by just pulling the sides and top and bottom out with your cursor or just go to the larger screen at the top, but then it's really huge.
