Fans in North Dakota will get a double dose of Clay this summer! The Bismarck Civic Center has announced that Clay will perform there on July 6. Tickets go on sale May 15. Clay will also perform in Grand Forks at the Ralph Engelstad Arena on July 8, with tickets going on sale May 8. For the most current concert, venue and ticket information, click HERE!

American Idol finalist and triple-platinum selling artist, Clay Aiken, joined disability charity Scope’s supporters to cheer on their runners in the Marathon on Sunday 18 April. Clay, who was nominated for American Idol by the mother of a young man with autism, runs the Bubel/Aiken Foundation, which supports disabled people.

By all standards and measures, Clay Aiken is an A-list celebrity. His first album, "Measure of a Man," has gone triple-platinum in six months. He won a Billboard Music Award in December for the year's best-selling single (his cover of "Bridge Over Troubled Water"). He was nominated for two "TRL Awards" on MTV: best male artist,...and the "Gridlock Award," which goes to the star who drew the biggest crowd to the streets outside the MTV studio in downtown Manhattan.

Twenty five young people with disabilities are being named Clay Aiken ABLE to SERVE Award winners by the Bubel/Aiken Foundation and Youth Service America (YSA) for 2004. The grants of $2,000 given nationwide encourage young people between the ages of 5 and 22 with disabilities to plan and carry out service projects for this year's National and Global Youth Service Day on April 16-18, and throughout the year.

Turns out Clay Aiken didn't need a title after all. He lost last season's "American Idol" competition by a tiny margin, but that only seems to have added to his allure.
