"Cat's in the Cradle"

Michelle, you keep picking songs I like!  First "House of the Rising Sun" and now this!  I just adore Harry Chapin and think the lyrics to this are oh so meaningful - especially in today's world when people get so tied up with their careers.

Then again, maybe I just have strange tastes in music......

Now seriously, would that surprise anyone here????  Wink

It isn't that I don't like the songs that I suggest (ok, so some of them I dislike), I just don't think I'd want to hear Clay sing them!

"What's New kitty Cat?"  by Tom Jones
(The automatic editor in this website will not allow me to post the actual name of this song because it thinks I am trying to be vulgar!!!!  Laughing Replace the word kitty with it's synonym that starts with a "P."   I am innocent!)   Paranoid  Roll eyes

This is a tough one, not that I'm being defensive with Clay, but I dont think Clay could messup with any song. He proved it on American Idol. So I don't know....it would probably have to be some kind of rap song to make Clay mess up.

Ms. Hip Shake,

You mentioned the song I thought of for Clay not to sing:  "We All Live in a Yellow Submarine."eek!

I hated that song when the Beatles came out with it.  I liked everything they ever recorded except that song.

Also, Clay should never sing any of that "rap c**p.":shocked

Well, I'm probably gonna take some flack for this one, but he has sung "Unchained Melody" his mom's favorite, and I didn't like the rendition.  Sorry!
