NOPE, it is in the panhandle, northwest of me!  I am central!  and geographically challenged!  It is cold and dreary here though.  Hubby is in New Mexico with his youth group and it is snowing on them big time!

Clandy, no, I will see her tomorrow!  waiting until then, i was out of town for a while too.

CLANDYGIRL!!!!!!!!!!!!  How are you tonight?
I have firmly decided I am going to get motivated the day after Easter.  I haven't had rice in a year now and Mom makes an Easter cake that is made with rice.  It sounds odd, but it is an Italian tradition in our family.  It is a cold, wet cake made with rice, ricotta cheese and lots of cinnamon.  It kind of tastes like a cross between cheese cake and rice pudding.  I cannot pass it up this year!
