Clay's Maine Squeeze

« on: February 25, 2005, 12:29:52 PM »

We have closed the Ramblin Stream thread in the Communities Forum.  Since then, we have heard of a need for a linear thread to discuss non-Clay subjects. Here it is!!! Baby Dust

This thread is for any subject non-Clay. This is the place to chat with other members.  Blah blah blah Blah blah blah  This is the place to have fun!!!

Feel free to do so!! Enjoy!!!

Lady C will be your moderator, so you are in good hands!!

KRIS, don't worry.  Our barks may be loud but we promise we won't bite!  We'll be good little girls, I promise (not)

Hi, TESSIE!! Hi, DEANNA, Oh Assistant Great and Omniscient One!!!

Now that I have a chance to emit a rambling stream of consciousness, suddenly I have nothing to say but "Hi All!" wave  :duh

You don't want to hear about my 4-day bout with the stomach flu or the fact that we have to put our dog down on Monday?  I'll save the complaining for later.....

Going to tackle my laundry for the first time in 4 days after having been "indisposed"....  Later....

There are multitiude of threads elsewhere to discuss Clay on this site!! Wink
I find it very strange that all things lead to Clay on a Clay site!!! ROFLMAO
Actually, I know what you mean.  Clay will probably sneak into the discussion here, but this thread is designated for non-Clay stuff.  LOL

wave Carol and Thea!! wave

It occurs to me that things may seem to move slowly to some of our members.  I know a few of you having been anxiously awaiting an answer to the closure of Ramblin Stream all day.  I thought I would take a moment to explain why things seem that way.  (And now I have a thread to do this in   )

I had the idea for this thread when I first read this morning of the desire for a conversation thread.  I wanted to PM Pamela with the idea first.  We have a tendency to bounce ideas off each other.  I also wanted to have Kris involved because this is her forum.  I wanted to wait for responses from them before preceeding.

to both of them for their support. I hope this helps you to understand the slight delay.

Hi Fellow Claymaniacs  wave

Did I get off at the right place?  I usually need Mapquest.

Kris, did you read the "fine print" when you agreed to let the Ramblers become the Talk of the Town?   shocking

Anyway, thanks to our team of moderators for making this thread available to us.    We'll take good care of it.

Ramble on.    I remember the song Ramblin' Rose - but that has nothing to do with anything.    (just thinking out loud)   :duh

Fine print?  LOL  That would suggest intelligence beyond the modest gray matter I possess.  I don't even read contracts before I sign them.  That's how I ended up in this body.  I believe I agreed to be one big scientific medical experiment in exchange for a Diet Coke and a donut or something.   :alcoholic

wave  Angela!  How have you been, sweetie?  Good to see you here.

And since we're rambling, I'ved always wanted to ask:

When, exactly, are the appropriate times to use these?

 :sperm1  :sperm2  :ky

And there are a couple more, but they're more appropriate on the BLPT, if ya know what I mean.

And then, what, may I ask, is the point of this?   :dragon2

Just wonderin'.
