The E! network is currently running a program called 'The High Price of Fame.'  On the episode of this show called 'Tempted,' there is a mention of Clay by Dr. Joyce Brothers, about how he isn't classically handsome, yet he has a special something that makes him attractive.  (Could it be...talent?)  Wink:

It's just a brief mention, so I won't add it to the TV schedule, but I did want to bring it to your attention.

The program airs today, Thursday Nov. 6th at 4:00 pm EST, Friday Nov. 7th at 10:00 pm, Saturday Nov 8th at noon and 7:00 pm and Sunday Nov 9th at 8:00 am and 4:00 pm.

ThanX Faith!

Speaking of numbers, I pulled this from another message board.  They didn't quote a source, so take with a grain of salt.  I'm trying to get confirmation, but since I saw Faith's article I thought I would go ahead and post them:

3 WEEKS - WEEKLY AND CUMULATIVE TOTALS
Worldwide totals:
U.S. --------------- 978,670
Canada -------------48,400
Singapore ------------7,500 (at least)

Total: 1,034,570

That's PLATINUM baby!   :D

Here's a look at the latest wave of British pop culture to hit America. Cheers!

"American Idol" – It was "Pop Idol" in Britain, "American Idol" here. Simon Cowell is doing double duty judging both the American and British versions. Clay Aiken, who by the way, wasn't even crowned the winner, has a following that would make even Justin Timberlake jealous.

Sony and BMG (owns RCA) are merging:

Quote
Another vote in favor of the merger: the potential benefit of pairing Sony's Lack, a hands-on, budget-conscious manager, with BMG's Clive Davis, a legendary impresario respected for his ability to pick hit songs and develop promising artists. This week, BMG owns five of the top 10 albums in the U.S., bolstered by acts like American Idol runner-up Clay Aiken and veteran crooner Rod Stewart, both of whom worked under Davis' eye.
