He made a phone call to someone higher up in Beltone and explained that she was not on oxygen 24/7 when she purchased them and now she couldn't use them
BELTONE IS ALLOWING HER TO EXCHANGE THEM FOR A CUSTOM TYPE TO FIT THE ENTIRE PIECE INSIDE HER EARS---NO CHARGE AT ALL!!!!!
There are some nice people left in this world! We go back on March 11 to pick them up.
I love to hear that kind of service
JoAnn glad you got your hair cut, I am brewing some coffee too

Glory - I love the Big Lots sets - really great prices on all of them, too. We looked there last year, but at the time we were ready to buy, they had sold all of their sets. I love wicker furniture. I also see that they have a cover for an entire table and chairs set for only $10!
JoAnn - hearing aids are so expensive - I'm happy that they agreed to allow Jennie to get a new one at no cost.
Sharon - I thought at the time that Clay singing O Canada was something really special he did for his Canadian fans. I thought about him last night when everyone was singing. The Canadian couple who won are so cute - just a perfect couple. I am praying that they are in love, and will someday marry and produce children who are just as beautiful.
I'm trying to decide what to do about playing cards - hate to bow out on everyone, but it is dropping into the 30s and still pouring rain. I think I hate to drive on ice more.

Good Evening!
We took our friend to lunch at the Botanic Gardens Restaurant in Fort Worth. I had tortilla soup, a Greek chicken wrap sandwich with chicken, olives, and feta cheese and Parmesan French fries and a small Greek salad.
Then we drove her around the Gardens and onto her two doctor appointments.
My back feels worse, so I have decided not to go to opera orchestra practice and play my violin for two hours. I think the best thing I can do is just rest this evening.
Glory,
I am considering a chiropractor and
Frankie,
I may make use of that massage gift certificate, first!
I hope everyone has a lovely evening!

Glory,
I will try the heating pad. One year for Christmas, I gave Skip s a massage cushion that you can set in a chair or recliner. I may try that, too. I remember that when he opened that present, he said that was something he would probably never use! Ha! He has used it plenty of times!

Good Morning Everyone!
Sharon----
I made coffee for you this morning! I "didn't" want to get up at 4:10 this morning, but when I had to go to the bathroom, I WOKE SAMMY UP AND HE NEEDED TO GO ALSO!
Glory---Your dinner last night was almost the same as Mom's! She had, sunny side up eggs, bacon and toast too! Didn't make hash browns but she had "thought" about doing that too.
Frankie---I had my "diet" enchilada entree last night but I also had an egg on top of it! My Dad grew up in Arizona and he always put fried eggs onto of his enchiladas and also put them on a small bed of lettuce.
I started the Mom's bathroom last night. I used warm water in a spray bottle and removed all the wallpaper boarder. It wasn't as hard as I thought either. Now, this afternoon when we come back from the luncheon, I''m going to put a coat of "Clinger"(like Kilzs) over the wallpaper. I'm not about to take that off. The salesman suggested 2 coats since it is dark blue and printed. Thursday or Friday, I "should" have the walls painted. Then we will get the plumber in to bring the vanity into the the bathroom and set it up.

Long time no see...Fair is over and I'm almost completely rested up. The last day is always the hardest...12 hours walking, talking, etc....
Got some extra work this week from by old boss in Riviera Beach, so that was good. Ending up working for 3 attorneys and one developer this week....almost a whole 40 hours, well the closest to 40 I've worked in a year!
Wish my calendar would always be this full.
Hope everyone doing well....
xoxoxo to all.

PRISSY, so sorry about your back. Have you had your back xrayed to see the problem. I get a kick out of all these pills I take every day and to think how horrible I feel. I told hubby maybe it is the pills.
I wonder if it is inflammation in your back. Let me know as I think you should go to the doctors.
FRANKIE. my dogs love my son as doess Preston. He is very quiet and soft spoken and Don and I was talking early morning how wonderful he is and such manners and thoughtfulness he is the best of the best.
DUDLEY , as promised I am checking in so you know I am at home. Love you dearly my friend.
GLOR Y, that is a good thing to do now planning your flower and vegetable garden will make spring get here faster.

Good Morning!
Happy Birthday, Jennie!
I love seeing the photos of you that Prissy posted. You were a beautiful young girl, and you are even more beautiful (inside and out!) now. Have fun at your birthday party!
Glory - glad you have someone at Big Lots watching the furniture for you - it is priced so well that it does sell out quickly. I did play cards last night - the temperature stayed well above freezing until after midnight, so I was home long before the rain turned to ice. It has already melted this morning.
Prissy - it is good that you skipped practice - I'm sure holding your arms up for a long time is hard on your back. Hope you will see about some sort of therapy for your back.
Sharon - a safe and productive trip for you
JoAnn - I lost double what I lost last week - .4 instead of .2
It seems that weight is coming off so slowly until I look back and see that I have lost 4.6 pounds so far this year. I do think I am still losing inches. My new jeans are getting to be too big. One of the channels we have on our satellite TV is the British Broadcasting Network. I found a show this week called "You Are What You Eat" - now I am addicted to it. A doctor/nutritionist comes into homes and shows people what they are eating is killing them
One thing the doctor does is to put everything a person eats in a week's time on one huge table for them to see - it is really impressive! Good Luck with the bathroom remodel. I bought a "Paper Tiger" at Walmart and stripped the wallpaper off of the bathroom when we bought the office. It wasn't too bad. The "Paper Tiger" put tiny holes in the paper, and then I just sprayed it with wallpaper remover. It peeled off in big strips - messy, but it worked! Hope the paint works for you.
Jayne - I know you were worn out after the Fair. I am happy to hear that you have worked for so many different people this week - surely if one of them has a full time job to come available, they will call you.
Meesa - great Clay photo this morning.
Pepe - Enjoy Mark today. I wish he and his family lived closer to you.
Happy Wednesday, everyone - see you later..................

Good afternoon everyone
The dog left Tuesday night, he came in early Tuesday, I feed him three times, he ate and had some water, I saw him tried to get out of my yard using the small gap he entered but could not fit himself in it. At eleven o’clock, I heard him cry, I place a box and some blankets for him during the day but he did not use it. When he cried I went out and give him more food. The plate was empty in the morning and he was nowhere in sight. I hope he is okay.
MIL is arriving tomorrow. We are expecting heavy rain Friday and Saturday so BIL left today to pick her up and he will be dropping her at my house late tomorrow. I won’t be able to post again for a while but I will try to lurk especially on March 12 or 13. I can’t wait to see this PBS special on television.
MISS BETTY, I think signs can wait for the summer concerts.
I could never wear weird clothing or scream “I love you Clay” in a concert. I’m very shy and if most of Clay fans are like me, Clay would be bored to death. BTW, I have never been on a train ride, I plan to ride in one when hubby retires.
PEPE, my son has reached his weight goal, he now wears size 32. He will maintain his new eating habits, and exercise regularly. He also starts lifting weight but I told him not to overdo it. He is only 5 feet and 8 inches; I don’t want him all bulky. BTW, enjoy your son’s visit and never feel bad asking God for help.
FRANKIE, I hate to impose on neighbors and friends as well. It’s not so bad if I only have one dog but three is too many. I always hear people complain about not being able to do anything because of their pets but my life would be sad without them. BTW, Mr. Google is such an unusual name but then again I have friends who named their pets Malibu and Winston. Congtrats on your weight loss, losing 4.6 pounds this year is great.
JOANN, Happy Birthday to your mom, I love the black and white photo Prissy posted…just beautiful.
Hello to Prissy, Thea, Glory, Kelly, Sharon, Michelle, Jan, Sasha, Angela, Jayne, Meesa and the rest…take care and I will “see” you all when I can.

PRISSY,
I started having the same problem neck and back. I think being on the computer
is part of the problem, and playing the violin could have the same effect.
Ben Gay. advil and my good faithful heating pad are what I use. It is kind of miserable
I know. Hope you feel better soon.
I"ve cut down using the computer a bit to see if it helps.

Lolita,
I think Clay would appreciate you, I"m sure he hates all that screaming and
shouting stupid things, I know I do. Of course we should let him know how much
we enjoy his concerts but let him finish a song before making all that noise.
I guess I'm an old fuddy duddy!!!!
You are so kind to make sure the dog is fed and has a place to rest.
Poor thing needs love as well
I hope your MIL does"nt take all of your time and you are able to pop in some.

Frankie and JoAnne,
I think you are both doing great with your losing weight.
Frankie,
It probably would be a shock to see a weeks worth of food
and consider how much we eat.
Not to mention my chocolate!!! Glad you told me about chocolate rice cakes,
they are pretty good. Have you tried any other kind?
