Meesa and Cindy, thanks for the pictures.  It's a nice way to get the blood moving first thing in the morning. 

I rarely drink mixed drinks any more, but I used to love White Russians!!  I hate to show my ignorance, but how is a "dirty" martini different from a regular martini??

Sharon, I get hungry when I read your morning posts of the lunches you pack for Philly.  I LOVE Greek salads.  I had a chicken caesar wrap today for lunch with a cup of wedding soup.  It was good.

Just wanted to let you all know my sister's surgery went well. This surgery was a result of another pre-cancerous test result, so she opted for surgery rather than a procedure every 6 months.  She is in a lot of pain, so I'm waiting to go see her again until after work tomorrow so she can sleep.

I need to vent soapbox

The past couple of days at work have been kind of tense, in that I had to sort of reprimand a co-worker and also have a discussion with my co-director. What happened next irritates me........I had been "indirectly" poked fun at by other staff  for reprimanding the staff (b/c of what he said I got a bit offended, but he and I worked thru it and he apologized). Also when David picked up Jakey the other day, the staff ignored him and didn;t even notice that Jakey had left. So I talked w/ my co-director about this. IN turn the last two days the staff have made jerks of themselves by sarcastically 'noticing' David's presence and Jakey leaving for the day.

I realize I work with kids but must I have staff that also act childish!
