I am a bit behind on everything. I'll try to catch up tonight. I got off work an hour early to spend time with boyfriend.  Then I went to Mom and Dad's to watch "White Christmas" and came home to crash on the couch. I have to work a half day today and then 5 hours at my second job, then the Candlelight Communion at church.

MORNING ALL--

MERRY CHRISTMAS TO EVERYONE. 

 I KNOW MANY START THEIR CELEBRATION TODAY.  WE ARE GOING TO ER'S BF'S SISTER'S FOR CHRISTMAS EVE.  IT IS THEIR BIGGER CELEBRATION THAN CHRISTMAS. 

MEESA--MICKI IS RIGHT.  SANTA HAS BEEN GOOD TO YOU.  ENJOY.

GLORY--IT IS TRUE. THIS IS THE 5TH YEAR WE HAVE ALL BEEN TOGETHER.  WHO KNEW?

KIM--I LOVE WHEN YOU STOP BY.  BIG HUGS TO YOU AND YOUR HUBBY.

I AM LOVING ALL THE SARDI'S PIX.  I KNOW SARDI'S AIN'T WHAT IT USED TO BE, BUT I DON'T THINK THERE IS ANYPLACE ANYMORE THAT IS.  A SHAME REALLY.  SUNNY--WE ONLY HAD DRINKS THERE AND ICE CREAM ON OPENING NIGHT.  NO MEAL.  I AM GLAD NOW.     

CLAY LOOKS SO CONTENT.  I COULDN'T BE HAPPIER FOR HIM.  THIS HAS BEEN SOME YEAR.  WHEW. 

MARION SENDS HER BEST.  SHE WAS WRAPPING YESTERDAY FROM 7 AM TO 9 PM AND IS OFF AGAIN THIS MORNING FROM 10-8.  THEIR BOOTH USUALLY MAKES LIKE $30,000 DURING THE HOLIDAYS FOR HADASSAH.  VERY IMPRESSIVE.

OFF TO SEE WHAT I CAN FIND.

Okay something strange just happened. My neighbor (the nun) called me and said her plumber just left- she has to have some work done and he will be back Saturday.
Anyway, she has the picture of Chris and me on her armoire. She said he kept going over and looking at the pic and asking questions about me-did I really look like that, am I nice, etc. He told her he was interested.
He asked if I could cook ( that may be a deal breaker!!! ) and she mentioned I had to work around my diabetes. He has diabetes too!!
He is 6'4", has lots of hair (my kind of guy), has a mustache (not likee too much) and is in his 60's. He has had some rough relationships with women and just wants someone to "hang around with"-nothing serious. She told him I was very modest  and conservative (hint hint)

So- he is coming back on Saturday and I will get to meet him.

Kind of made me feel REALLY good. However, if he smokes then no deal.

UPS guy just delivered my MCWL from amazon...so I'm a happy girl...I ordered  two, because they were only $3.99 ,and you can never have enough Clay Aiken!

I've been cooking all morning...Ham is baking, cooking green beans, made deviled eggs, and a pumpkin pie...The house is sure smelling good.

We are picking up our 2 GDs at 4:00 and taking them to early candlelight  communion service . I had bought them both Christmas dresses and they are anxious to be able to go somewhere to show them off.

Hope everyone is having a good day..The weather in Raleigh is almost  60 ,so I am thinking of you all that are having such bad weather,and have been watching a lot about it on TV. Hope you will all be safe & can stay warm.

COOKIE TRAY IS READY.  I MUST GET INTO THE SHOWER.  IT ALWAYS FEELS A LITTLE WEIRD READING HOW EVERYONE IS SO BUSY AND ALL I HAVE TO DO IT SHOW UP.  TOMORROW WE ARE GOING TO OUR DEAR FRIENDS' FOR DINNER.  SHE USUALLY SERVES EARLY BUT HER MIL ISN'T ALL THAT WELL AND SHE IS GONNA CHECK ON HER FIRST.  SO, I WILL PROBABLY BE THE ONLY ONE HERE TOMORROW.  I CAN HEAR THE ECHOES ALREADY.
