Philly, I posted in the previous thread about the time you started today's ANN. Hope you don't mind my bringing the post over.

The Carolina blog was nominated for a Claymmy Award under the "websites" category. I emailed my concern that there is a huge difference in a journal and an all-encompassing website, my hope that this can be addressed next year, etc. Below is the result:

Caro - I think that there should be a Claymmy category for Blogs separate from Websites - but your nomination is in the "Fan Choice" section - so readers enjoy your Blog enough to nominate it with web sites - good luck to you, too!

PROGRESS:  Next year the Claymmys will contain a blog category separate from websites.  Meanwhile, I really appreciate the nomination, your kind words, and support about the CAROLINA blog.

Here's a new TBAF fundraiser.

Hi everyone! I would like to post a new Connecting For Inclusion fundraising project which has been approved by the foundation. This project, Coloring For Inclusion, has taken us exactly 1 year from concept to publishing! But it was and is a labor of love to spread awareness of how important inclusion is!

I hope you all will want to support this wonderful project! The price is $6.00 + the cost to mail, and will be discounted for quantity orders of 5 or more. The more ordered, the better the price! And we will combine shipping. After production costs, 100% of the $6.00 will be donated to TBAF! We are hoping many will buy in quantities and donate to local schools and daycares. Playbill Issues With Clay's fan-written Bio

It is reported by Joy2talk2u at the Clayboard that the copy of the Playbill with the fan written bio will be made available to the Clay fans via a pre-sale at PlaybillStore.com. If you are interested in a copy please check at the website to see when it will be available and how you can purchase it.

Also the SPAMALOT Souvenir Program with Clay Aiken Insert While Clay Aiken was appearing in Spamalot earlier this year are available, however a very limited number of the Programs with the Clay insert are available, so be sure to order these soon as well. Here's an interesting blog to peruse at your leisure.

Well, actually one contest and one roast. There are a couple of news items as we wait for Clay to start his run on Broadway. First, he has a new contest for his fans! Members of his Official Fan Club can enter by writing a new biography for him. The winning entry will be used as his bio in Playbill and the winner will also get two tickets to SPAMALOT and a backstage tour conducted by Clay Aiken! Cool! If you are a Fan Club member, you can check out the rules here. You have until September 19 to submit your entry.
