to one of the nicest people I know.  I so hope your day is special as you sure deserve it.  What a thoughtful and loving woman you are Jo.  I think Chippie knows that as there is not many people that can have a chipmunk sit on their lap.   Laughing

Wished I was there to fix your birthday dinner but seeing I am not a cyber dinner will have to do.  You are such a great cook I didn't know what to fix for  you and Jim. 

I have set the table with candles, there is a nice bottle of Merlot wine in a wine cooler on the table, a nice spinach salad with hot dressing to start things off, the next course is a shrimp cocktail, Prime Rib encrusted with Italian bread crumbs and garlic, Duchess potatoes, fresh green beans with mushrooms and onions straight from my garden and of course your Claymaniac  Happy Birthday
