The magazines have ignored Clay's latest UNICEF trip so far - People Magazine finally put something about the trip on its web site this week - hopefully lots of people who are not Clay fans will finally see what he is doing for children (and yes, People had to mention the baby, too):

A good mention about the UNICEF trip:

It seems like this guy has been focusing on more than just his music.  According to his posts on the UNICEF blog, Clay Aiken has been visiting Somalia and Kenya to promote UNICEF’s work getting kids back to school in areas that have been all but destroyed by election-related violence. He talks about the sight of kids trying to learn among the charred remains of their former classrooms and the need to get the children back to school.

I haven't even posted this on the Magazine Thread yet (will do that next!) ClayObsessed called and told me that Clay is on the cover of a magazine this month    - she subscribes and just got this issue:

              I thinl you excelled yourself today with all the interesting news  and tantalizing titbits,
          Thanks a lot for the video of Clay"s interview for Rolling Stone, I have the magazine but
           never did see the video. He was so handsome even back then, with those looks, beautiful
            voice and great heart no wonder we fell in love with him.

Carolina - thanks for the update on your Blog - the last time I checked it lst night, it was the same as Marilyn had posted Sunday - I try not to repeat News Items, unless it is something like the ticket sales link or a poll that needs votes!

Mimi/Marlene - just a couple of hours until tickets go on sale   

Betty - it only takes one look back to remember very well why we have stuck with Our Honey for 5 years - no one else like him!

No problem! My blogs usually stay up for three days, and I update throughout. The "Falling" and "Something About Us" montages didn't become available until late Sunday.
