PRISSY, YOU ASKED IF MY COMPANY EVER CANCELS WORK DUE TO A STORM  (DOES THAT ANSWER IT). A NUMBER OF YEARS AGO THEY SENT OUT A LETTER TO ALL THE EMPLOYEES REGARDING STORMS & THEY BASICALLY STATED THAT THEY DO NOT WANT TO DEPRIVE US THE OPPORTUNITY TO WORK, SO THEY WILL BE OPEN IN ALL WEATHER CONDITIONS, BUT IT IS UP TO THE EMPLOYEE TO COME IN OR NOT --IF WE DO TAKE THE TIME OFF WE CAN EITHER MAKE IT UP OR USE OUR OWN VACATION TIME.
GLAD TO READ YOU ARE IMPROVING --HOPE IT CONTINUES, SO PLEAS DO NOT OVER DI IT

I slept until 5:30 am and then my lower back started hurting.    It's better when I am sitting up.  Meals on Wheels this midmorning and a doctor's appt. for Skip this afternoon.

I'm really running late.  Didn't want to get out of bed out into the cold, so I didn't.      So now I'm running late.  A  bit more snow and COLD in our forecast today.

FRANKIE, you are such a great mom and grandmother.  What would your kids do without you.  I so admire how you conduct your life as a wife, mother and grandmother.  Yep I bet the puppies do miss you and even think that Gumbo does too. 

PRISSY, hope Skip checks out fine at the doctors office.  My husband refused to go to the doctors for so many years now he is facing serious health problems, not good.  He is at the doctors right now.  Maybe you did to much yesterday.

AND I LIKE THIS YEARS CONTESTENTS , THERE WAS A CUTE GUY THE LAST NIGHT. HE LOOKED ABOUT 14 AND HAD THIS GREAT VOICE, WISH I COULD REMEMBER HIS NAME. THERE HAVE BEEN SOME GOOD PEOPLE SO FAR.
 EVEN HUBBY HAS BEEN WATCHING FOR THE FIRST TIME. I USUALY HAVE TO TAPE THE SHOW AND WATCH IT LATER.
 HE CALLS IT THE "GONG SHOW" IF ANY ONE REMEMBERS THAT PROGRAM BESIDES........................................................................................
