I HAVE ALREADY RECIEVED PAYMENT FROM SOME PEOPLE.  IN A WEEK, I WILL LIST THE MONEY I HAVE GOTTEN.  THANKS SO FAR TO IRENE, DEANNA, BARB (WCM).  I AM NOT GOING TO DEPOSIT THE CHECKS FOR ANOTHER WEEK SO THAT THEY WILL CLEAR IN TIME FOR THE DEPOSIT.

Okay everyone so here's an update:

Okay so Foster just called me. Such a sweetie.
 
He was calling to let me know that Mann Management spoke to Clay's management team and for Clay the fan pre-sale will be able to get tickets before the group pre-sale.

Here's how the tickets break down:
 
Friends of the Mann get first choice - the first 4 rows in the Pitt - then rows 1 - 20 in section A.
 
There are 17 rows in the center section A. Which, presumably will go to pre-sale and friends.
 
As well as the sides of section A of which there are 15 rows.
 
Now, Foster said that he is going to try to get us seating in Section A on the sides but more likely we'll be in the front of section B.
 
Although I did tell him that we wouldn't mind being broken up.
 
So, here's the question please let us know if you've changed your mind about going for the group tickets if you've decided to try your luck for better seats at the pre-sale at which case we will need a new count for the group depending on what happens.
 
In that case, I'll have to provide Foster with a new group number by next week sometime.

If we decided to go for the group tickets anyway Foster won't be able to call us with our seating until the 15th versus the 12th.

OMG... just shoot me now.

SUSY AND I HAVE BEEN PM'ING MADLY THIS MORNING SINCE SHE SPOKE TO FOSTER.

I HAVE ALL OF THE CHECKS STILL IN ENVELOPES IN MY KITCHEN.  NOTHING HAS BEEN OR WILL BE CASHED.  REST ASSURED OF THAT. 

I WILL NOT TELL ANYONE WHAT TO DO.  IF YOU WANT TO STAY IN THE GROUP, THEN FINE.  IF YOU WANT TO TRY FOR PRESALE, THEN FINE ALSO.  WE DO NOT KNOW QUITE WHERE THE FAN SEATS ARE, BUT I AM GUESSING A LITTLE CLOSER THAN WHAT WE WILL GET.  I DO KNOW THAT CORABETH ON THE CH POSTED SOMETHING THAT THEY SHOULD ALL LOOK ON THEIR MANN THREAD SO I ASSUME FOSTER CALLED THEM ALSO.  WE ALSO DON'T KNOW HOW MANY FAN PRE-SALE TICKETS ARE RESERVED.

THIS IS ALL CONFUSING AND ANNOYING.  SUSY AND I WILL KEEP YOU UP TO DATE AS THE FACTS COME IN.

I guess I'll stay with the group.  We don't know how many tickets are available for the fans, and then you can only order 4, I believe.  I feel better knowing I have a seat with the group, then not getting a ticket at at all, or getting a ticket farther back on the lawn.

Okay so here's an update on group tickets.

I just got off the phone with Foster.

They're going through the friends orders now and it looks like there are a lot coming in. He said that I was right, people come out for Clay don't they? I said yup, if you sell tickets we'll come.

Sooooooooo that being said he told me that right now it looks like the group sales will be in section B of the venue.

WE WILL KNOW MONDAY WHERE THE CLAYMANIACS GROUP IS.  IF WHAT I AM HEARING IS RIGHT, THEN OUR SEATS WILL BE SOMEWHERE IN SECTION B.  IT IS A BIG SECTION SO NO IDEA WHERE THEY ARE.  I HAVE TO DO FINAL CALCULATIONS.  I THINK I HAVE GOTTEN MONEY FROM EVERYONE EXCEPT 1 PERSON.  I DON'T KNOW IF THE COUNT IS RIGHT OR NOT.  I AM GOING TO GO OVER IT WITH MICKI.  BUT I THINK SUSY ORDERED 38 TICKETS.  A COUPLE OF PEOPLE GOT PRESALE ONES SO IF ANYONE NEEDS AN EXTRA TICKET, I THINK THERE WILL BE A COUPLE.  I JUST DON'T KNOW.  I AM CHECKING TOMORROW FOR SURE.

IF ANYONE GOT A PRESALE TICKET AND IS NO LONGER A PART OF THE GROUP, I NEED TO KNOW ASAP.  IF I DON'T HEAR FROM YOU BY TOMORROW NIGHT, I AM ASSUMING YOU WANT YOUR TICKET.  I AM GOING TO DEPOSIT THE CHECKS ON MONDAY AFTER I SPEAK TO FOSTER.

OK FOLKS.  I JUST GOT OFF THE PHONE WITH FOSTER.  I HAVE GIVEN HIM A 20% DEPOSIT AND WILL PAY THE REST IN 2 WEEKS.  I AM DEPOSITING THE CHECKS THIS AFTERNOON.  SO CHECK YOUR ACCOUNTS.

LOOK AT THE SEATING CHART.  OUR SEATS ARE SECTION B.  RIGHT CENTER.  ROWS F AND G.  SEATS 2-40 ON ROW F AND SEATS 2-34 ON ROW G.    2 IS THE AISLE SO WE ARE BASICLY CENTER. 

I ALSO WANTED YOU TO KNOW THAT I REQUESTED VISION SEATING FOR MYSELF.  ANYONE WHO KNOWS ME KNOWS THAT I HAVE A VISION ISSUE.  HE GAVE ME 2 SEATS IN SECTION A ROW B BY THE AISLE. (I HAD TO SEND IN DOCUMENTATION.) AT THE SUGGESTION OF MANY PEOPLE, SUSY WILL SIT WITH ME BECAUSE OF ALL THE HARD WORK SHE DID.

I HOPE THIS IS OK WITH EVERYONE.  THE TICKETS WILL BE SENT TO ME WHEN PAYMENT IS IN FULL AND I WILL MAIL TICKETS OUT TO YOU AT THAT TIME.

NEXT STEP IS DECIDING PRE AND POST PARTYING AND WHERE YOU WANT TO STAY.
