OMG. THE VIEW IS EXCITING.
AS PER TICKETS---FORGET IT. THE ONLY WAY I GOT A SEAT FOR R & K WAS THE WAY THERESA SAID. I DOUBT I COULD DO THAT TWICE. THEY HAVE A CERTAIN NUMBER OF SEATS PUT ASIDE FOR WHAT THEY CALL VIP'S. FRIENDS OF FRIENDS OF........
AND FORGET STANDBY. THERE WAS A LINE OF OVER 100 PEOPLE FOR STANDBY FOR R & K AND NO ONE GOT IN. SOME POOR WOMEN WERE IN LINE FROM 10 THE NIGHT BEFORE IN THE POURING RAIN AND DIDN'T GET IN.
THEY ALSO GIVE OUT MORE TICKETS THAN SEATS IN CASE PEOPLE DON'T COME FOR ONE REASON OR ANOTHER. IT IS BECAUSE YOU HAVE TO GET THEM SO FAR IN ADVANCE. NOW FOR US, WE WOULD COME ON STRETCHERS TO SEE CLAY, BUT MOST PEOPLE ARE A LITTLE MORE NORMAL WITH IT.
TICKET OR NO, I MIGHT HAVE TO VISIT MY BROTHER THAT DAY.

Gwenn, it's heartwarming to see how close you are with your brother.

So I have a question for all of you...
Just when we think there's going to be one heck of a lull again, dontcha just love how we get perked up by a surprise appearance we knew nothing about?
It makes me grin... course that could be the chocolate I just ate too but I'm thinking more it's Clay! HEE!

Yup, I think about Clay probably about as often as men think about sex.

Susy- I am saving you from the moral stigma of being a thread killer. Now you are just a thread luller. Think of my post as a bandaid to heal the gap.
Dont talk about chocolate. I had jello and chicken broth today. Somehow, its not the same.

Oh so true... a question.
Let's say you had to make a choice. Someone came up to you and said.
You have to give up one of the following or being able to listen to Clay.
What would you choose?
Chocolate or Clay
Sex or Clay
Pizza or Clay

AS I AM THINKING ABOUT THE VIEW THING, I AM REALIZING THAT CLAY IS DOWNRIGHT SERIOUS ABOUT A TALK SHOW. I DON'T THINK HE WOULD GIVE UP ON HIS MUSIC SINCE THAT WOULD BE STUPID, IMO.
HOW WOULD YOU ENVISION A TALK SHOW FOR CLAY? WHAT WOULD BE THE FORMAT? WOULD HE SING EVERYDAY OR JUST ONCE IN A WHILE? WHAT KINDS OF SUBJECTS WOULD HE TACKLE? WOULD HE BE CONTRIVERSIAL?
JUST WONDERING.
