DALLAS COWBOYS WIN THEIR EIGHTH SEASON GAME OVER THE PHILADELPHIA EAGLES  20 TO 16

A slow scoring game with a tied scpre, 13 to 13 for a while.  Philadelphia issued two challenges so had no time outs left in the last quarter.  Miles Austin scored a touchdown near the end that made the game for the Cowboys!!

Cowboys are now 6 and 2 for the Season!!

Even though this is the NFL thread, I want to brag a bit o my Alma mater, TCU (Texas Christian University) in Fort Worth, TX.  They have a 9 and 0 record so far this season.... have not lost a football game yet.

They are ranked No. 4 among the college teams!!   GO FROGS!!

DALLAS COWBOYS LOSE THEIR NINETH SEASON GAME TO THE GREEN BAY PACKERS 17 TO 7

Because I was with my quartet at a Bridal Fair, I missed most of this game.  When I arrived home, it was Green Bay, 3, Cowboys, 0.  Green Bay went on to score two touchdowns, and finally, the Cowboys scored a touchdown to keep the game from being a shut out!!

DALLAS COWBOYS WIN THEIR TENTH SEASON GAME OVER THE WASHINGTON REDSKINS  7 TO 6

This game was 3 to 0, with the Cowboys at 0 for most of the game.  Then the Redskins missed a field goal before the first half ended, but did get another field goal in the second half;  so 6 to 0.  Finally, in the last few minutes of the game, the Cowboys get a touchdown and the extra point and win 7 to 6.  Even though they won, this was not a good game for the Cowboys.  They are now 7 and 3 for the season.

Monica,

The Indianapolis Colts are having a great year!  10 and 0,  no losses.  The New Orleans Saints are also 10 and 0!  The next closest NFL team is the Minnesota Vikings, 9 and 1 record.  Then the Cincinnati Bengals,  7 and 2.   Then several teams like the Cowboys, 7 and 3 or 6 and 3.

DALLAS COWBOYS WIN THEIR ELEVENTH SEASON GAME OVER THE OAKLAND RAIDERS 24 TO 7

The Cowboys came out kind of slow, but did pick up steam as the game went on!   The Cowboys are 8 and 3 for the season!

Cheers for the Indianapolis Colts!!

There is an article about the new Cowboys stadium in Arlington in the Parade magazine in today's Sunday newspaper.  Here is a link to it, also!

That's did cost quite a bit! Love their huge LCD TV's!

Football is quite expensive, I think it's the players who make too much! Except
Peyton, well worth it haha!

Woohoo!! 12 and 0 baby!
Love having the championship clenched! We have won 21 straight regular season games in a row which is a record! It's tied with the patriots. We win next week and take over that record!

Cannot BELIEVE the Patriots lost!
And the steelers for that matter.
32 secs left in the Saints game, hoping it doesn't go OT!

On to Dallas! They lost against the Giants last time so
they need to step it up!

I was involved with a church function and missed all of this game.  The Cowboys are now 8 and 4 for the Season.

COLTS ARE 13-0

Even Peyton Manning’s inconsistency couldn’t derail history for the Indianapolis Colts, Or preserve the NFL records of New England and San Francisco.

Manning was sensational, throwing three TD passes in the first 23 minutes, then mediocre, getting picked off three times in the Colts’ 28-16 victory over Denver for their 22nd consecutive regular-season win. While Manning struggled late, the defense held off the Broncos as Indy broke the Patriots’ record victory streak set just last year.

The Colts are one of seven NFL teams to go 13-0, including this year’s New Orleans Saints. The Colts (13-0) won their 114th game of the decade, breaking a tie with the 1990s San Francisco 49ers, and took a franchise record 13th consecutive home game.
