Gwenn, the secret to grits is sugar sprinkled all over it. Enough to give you a sugar high for a week. I can only take it in small doses even then.

I was listening to an ad for Matty In The Morning on Boston's Kiss 108 this morning, and they said that tomorrow there would be a huge announcement and concert announcement from someone who we haven't heard in awhile.
Could be Clay I guess, but could also be some one else. Just posting for information.

HI ALL--
STILL NOT MYSELF AND I HAVE TO GO OUT AGAIN TONIGHT. I TOLD MY FRIEND I WILL DRINK COKE AND NO WINE. SHE THOUGHT I HAD LOST MY MIND.
WE ARE PLAYING THIS CARD GAME--I THINK IT IS CALLED TURCHI OR SOMETHING LIKE THAT. WE PLAYED ONCE.
BARRY IS NUTS. NOW, EVERYONE WHO HAS MET HIM KNOWS THAT. BUT, WE ARE GETTING SOME NEW FURNITURE ON THURSDAY AND NEED TO GET OUR 12 FOOT WALL UNIT UPSTAIRS TO THE OFFICE AKA CLAY ROOM.
ANYWAY, I GET UP THIS MORNING AND ONE OF THE SECTIONS IS HALFWAY UP THE STEPS.
THE MAN IS ALMOST 59 YEARS OLD. HE GOES OUT AND GETS A PULLY THINGY AND THERE WE ARE TRYING TO GET THIS THING UPSTAIRS. OMG.
I CALLED A FRIEND WHO IS GONNA BRING HER BOYFRIEND'S 20 SOMETHING SON OVER TO HELP LATER. BUT LOUIE AND SAMMIE HAVE VET APPOINTMENTS. NEITHER IS SICK OR ANYTHIBNG AND B WON'T CHANGE THE APPOINTMENTS. I NEED SOME CLAY NEWS. RL IS TOO CRAZY FOR ME.
WHERE IS THAT PURPLE BUS?

I went walking because I am fat.
I feel like I'm gaining back all 85 pounds I lost. (Okay it was just 2 pounds I gained back, but still.)
I'll stay inside for now. I have to eat lunch. Then I might walk inside this afternoon.

Two pounds doesn't mean you're fat. It means you ate a cookie.

Actually it was a piece of Clayke. I'll post a pic tonight. My friend Karen's birthday was Wednesday when I was in KC.

Good for you Meesa! I let my eating get way out of hand again. I need to get it back under control. Every day is the day I start, until I get hungry that is.
