So Kelly was good but I thought Mandeesa had more of a powerhouse presence on stage

mandesa was FABULOUS- I LOVE her voice- what a powerful voice- and I like her personally, too

Kelly was pretty good- you can see she has the potential to get better, with practice.
Guess we have to remember this may be the first time most of them have sung before 35 million people   Laughing

It's like starting with a clean slate!    Meeting the contestants one by one.  

The judges' comments seem enthusiastic and constructive!  Clapping Clapping    I wish they could remain that way throughout!  

Just think of how good Clandy and Mr. Clandy's Disney World pictures will be!  Super Happy!!!

I thought Mandisa did really well!  What a way to kick off the show.

Kelly did well, but I think her nerves got her a little bit.  I agree that her story will get her to next week though.
