I WAS READING THAT ARTICLE FOR THE OBSERVER, AND THIS IS THE VERY LAST SENTENCE

SO I LOOKED BACK MIDWAY THROUGH THE ARTICLE:

After "The Early Show," Aiken and his entourage hop into an SUV and ride to ABC to tape performances of "Mary Did You Know?" and "My Grown Up Christmas List" for future episodes of "Good Morning America."

He greets Diane Sawyer in the hallway, and the pair duck into an empty room as Aiken's bodyguard shuts the door after them. When they emerge, Aiken pokes his head into the office of co-anchor Charles Gibson.

DO YOU THINK THIS MEANS ANOTHER EXTENDED INTERVIEW IS ON THE HORIZON? OR IS THIS JUST A WISHFUL LOOK INTO THE FUTURE?

I ALSO WANNA KNOW WHAT THE HECK HE WAS DOING BEHIND CLOSED DOORS WITH THE WOMAN HE HAS PROFESSED TO LOVE, AND THE WOMAN WHO GOES ALL FANGIRLY WHEN HE COMES TO PERFORM!

Whoa....! That Shadylil p-shop is a hoot!     Please don't let it be true. 

Here's something totally random -- watching the Comedy Channel and the guy is Greg Behrendt and he was talking about how we should all live our lives like we were rock and roll stars.  He's funny too, BTW.

Long bit (but funny) and anyway, at the end he said we should honor our friends like we do rock stars.  He said something like "....Clay Aiken.... you'll make a sign for him....why not make a sign for your friend Steve?"  BWAH!!!  There's a Clay joke I can get behind.  His wife is probably a Claymate..... !

The audience cracked up and so did I and it was sweet and funny.  I like Greg Behrendt anyway too; he's kind of enlightened, for a male comic. 

He's not making fun of anyone either, except himself.  Wow, what a concept.

I recently received a DVD from a fellow Maniac with some great Clack-some I've never seen  before...the sick part:

One video, a fan video, was of Clay during the Christmas parade as he sat and chatted with someone....30 minutes worth...how sick to NOT be able to hear him or have any idea what the heck they're talking about....just waiting to see him crack up or scrunch his nose or  turn his head or wave or wink or WHATEVER!!!   I'm sick, sick, sick I tell ya'    and dang proud of it!
