I know that most of you know this, if not all of you, but I thought it might be good to refresh your memory.

Someone from the Red Cross was on a local radio station today and said this:

The Red Cross Does NOT

1.) Come to your front door

2.) Call you on the telephone

3.) Send you e-mails..


Please be careful if you go to any website asking for your personal information affiliated with the Red Cross.  IT IS A HOAX!

The ONLY way to send the Red Cross money is either by

1.) Mailing the money to them

When mailing a check, please indicate your designation on the check's memo line.

2.) Calling them on the phone.  1-800-HELP-NOW (1-800-435-1669)

3.) Donating directly to the Red Cross https://give.redcross.org/donation-form.asp
