Hi all.  Just stopping in to say hi.


Karen - What I had done was called Tee Cardioversion.  What they did (at the hospital) was to go down my throat, go behind my heart and check to make sure there were no blood clots there.  Once they determined there were no clots, they zapped my heart to get it back into normal sinus rhythm.  Because I was in Atrial Fibrillation, they had to make sure I didn't have any blood clots when they zapped me.  It would have loosened the clots into my system and that is not good.  I'm OK now, just very tired.  No energy at all.  It will come back, it just takes time.   :tired

PEGGY - Glad you checked in with an update.  I'm glad that they were able to convert your atrial fibrillation!

I'm so confused by last night's Idol!!  Of course, I want Adam to go thru.  But I really was hoping Matt Giraud  would do great, too, and he....didn't.   :bduh  Was hoping Kai  would do well, but he sang the wrong song.  Kris  was pretty good after he got over some jitters, but his voice is not memorable IMO.   None of the girls "wowed" me.   :hypno  They were pushing Allison, and at times she was good, so I'll bet she gets thru.

I just hope NickNorman Gentle doesn't get pushed thru by VFTW.  Couldn't stand one more performance by him.

KAREN, yummmmmm!  Hot toast with that Jif peanut butter melting all over it.  Hey Jif has a commercial out saying their peanut butter is made with the ut most care.  Hope I can believe them!!

PEGGY, so glad to see that you posted again.  Sounds like a very scary situation you were in and yep that had to take a lot out of you.  Tell Dick he has to clean house and do the laundry now and you are to rest and relax.  

KAREN, don't think NickNorman should have been there at all.  They put him thru and left a good singer out so they could spice up their show.  I think it is shameful that they play with lives for ratings.  They sure was pushing the gal with the long blond hair, I didn't care for her and really didn't care for the comments made by the judges last night.  I was really disappointed in alot of the singers.

Hi everyone!  Received an invitation for a fundraiser for Debi in the mail.  There will be a spaghetti dinner for Debi on March 7.  I will provide more details.  I talked to Debi yesterday as well, and she says she is at peace with whatever happens.  I know she is really tired but it did my heart good to hear her.   

I know her husband didn't send the fundraising flyer to anyone too far away.  So if you don't get one, don't feel bad.

It seems that the guys are more talented than the girls this year.  The top 12 could easily have 9 guys and 3 girls.  I sure hope that Idol Management will keep the voting fair.  I realize that they NEVER tell us the number of votes that any of the contestants get.  I hate to be paranoid, but . . .  just sayin'!   :para

I agree about Idol, too, Barbara.    The only clue about votes they've given was how close it was last week between Michael Sarver and Anoop.  Already we have 4 guys and 2 girls in the top 12.  And I believe Anoop will get in via WildCard, and maybe Ricky Braddy, too.

Next week, I think Jorge Nunez-Mendez will get in for sure, unless he "picks the wrong song" or his nerves get to him.  Scott MacIntyre, the guy who is visually impaired, actually might do great.  He's not likely to be as nervous, since he won't be able to see all the cameras and audience!

I'm exhausted today. ugh! I've decided to sleep in the spare bedroom for the week with Sandstone.  This morning I am regretting that decision.  Our spare bedroom has a futon in it, which is what I slept on.  I slept on it like a couch and not like a bed, otherwise Diana would have wanted to have been in there with me.  However, I still didn't get any sleep because Sandstone kept jumping on the top of the futon and batting at the window blinds all night long.

Off to work for an hour then get ready to go for my Reclast infusion (for the osteoporosis) - fun! Glad Medicare finally approved it though. I don't have to take pills - just get one IV infusion per year of some heavy-duty stuff. They said I might feel like I have the flu for a couple of days - oh wonderful.

Gonna treat myself to my favorite Chinese meal for lunch afterward since the doctor's office is near my favorite restaurant. Yummy Garlic Chicken and spring roll - it is enough to last me for at least two meals so I will be feasting today - twice. That's what I will be thinking about while I am being infused. Then will have to come home and work late to make up what I am missing, but oh well.

Anyway, hope you all have a wonderful day!

Beth...all you need is a cardboard box tall enough that the kitty can't get out.  Put some towels or a blanket or something soft in there for him to lie on.  Then you can sleep in your own bed!  Just do it for overnight and the kitty won't go potty in there either (not a BIG box, though..just tall enough that the kitty can't climb out).

BRENDA, my doctor tried to talk me in to doing the Reclast Infusion but I came home and read everything I could about it and got scared off.  Didn't like the idea of possible damage to the kidneys a big concern and I didn't think they had studied it long enough for me. I am thinking of that lunch you are going to have.  I never know when to stop eating so I never have any leftovers to bring home, I eat it all!!!!!!!!

My OFC membership must have expired today.  I used it yesterday and it worked just fine.  I just tried now, and it won't let me in.  Oh well! $19.99 to be an online member.  I think that this year I'm just going to skip it all together.  I just can't justify spending that much money just to read his once in awhile blogs. 

Yep, Shirley, I ate it all too - no leftovers for dinner but I am so stuffed  I really do not need any dinner. Boy, it was delicious - one my very favorite meals. Best Chinese restaurant bar none!

The Reclast had only one possible (but they said very rare) side effect that scared me - osteonecrosis, which they did not tell me about until it was already over, but the same side effects come with most of the pills too so I would probably have done it anyway.  It only took half an hour altogether and I am done for a full year. My doc said I had to have the IV infusion because my osteoporosis was too bad for the pills. It took almost a month for Medicare and my insurance company to approve it - but at least it does not count on my prescription toward that catastrophic gap, which is another really good reason for taking the Reclast. If I ever hit that gap I would just have to give up my meds as I could not afford them. I do hope our new President gets rid of that gap - it is really unconscionable for seniors to only be able to get $2400 worth of meds and then you have to pay for the rest on your own. I wonder if you have to continue paying that monthly fee for the insurance.

Gee, my OFC membership worked this morning - now am almost afraid to try it. I understand what you are saying, Beth - he needs to blog more to make it worthwhile to pay that money - it is almost for nothing.

Hi all.

Just trying to stop in more often.  I am feeling much better, but I still get tired easily.  I am going back to work on Monday, so I have been trying to walk more, and do more stairs to get my energy back.  I'm still not over doing anything though.  It seems like I will be spending a lot of time having my blood taken to check my coumadin levels though.  I look like a big black and blue bruise as it is!  They have me going every 2 - 3 days!  You know me and needles.   :sniff
I have taken alcohol on cotten balls to my arms, and chest 3 or 4 times already trying to get all the tape sticky off.  It keeps coming back!    :arg

Brenda - what did your last bone density read. ?  I've read about the IV thing but , like Shirley, was a little afraid of it.

Shirley - Matt had an order for 15 calzones this evening , so while they were making all those, I was taking care of the other orders. I just got home and thought I'd say hello to everyone.

Shirley, Brenda, I was just having a discussion with my mom about food.  She just found out she either has or is borderline with diabetes.  She needs to lose weight!  I was trying to help her, told her to just slightly reduce portions for now, and keep on decreasing.  She said she thinks she is missing that "something" that tells you when you're full!  I told her it kicks in after 20 minutes or so, and she told me hers never kicks in!  She'll get done eating and be hungry again 30 minutes later.

Maybe you guys are missing that "something," too?  I know I am, when it comes to sweets, especially.  I guess I'm going to have to become more careful with them, since both Mom and Dad have had problems bordering on Diabetes now!! :bang

Don't mean to be a downer, but.................

Just saw a program about a study with 1000 women and alcohol. The study showed that women who drank one drink a day were 11% more likely to develop breast cancer. Two drinks a day; 22%, etc. One of the reasons for the study was because we've always been told that a drink a day is good for the heart. Maybe, but bad for the breasts.

JIm and I are both having tests again this week. He has to have the stress test with the dye (forgot what it's called) on Tuesday. My doctor called to tell me I have to have some more blood work done. The liver tests are not coming back good. Bet it's the chocolate I got for Christmas.  :bang :bang :bang  Gave it to Jim to hide on me.  :bigsmile

My mom has been diabetic for a long time. She used to weigh over 200 lbs; now she weighs 109, but is still diabetic. My daughter is borderline diabetic. She was on the South Beach diet for years, but got bored with it. She HAS to have her beer.  :wink

As a diabetic, I am always studying and looking at issues of concern for diabetics.  I have been wearing a pedometer for weeks now and make sure to walk 10,000 steps a day.  I miss the mark some days, but I make up for it on others.  I have recently cut all artificial sweeteners and diet pop out of my diet. I use Stevia now, which is a natural substance.  Trader Joes sells a huge bottle for $6.99.  Artificial sweeteners have been shown to call metabolic syndrome because your body thinks it is getting sugar so it prepares for the calories, but then we fake it out with no calories. Throws your whole body off.

I am finally starting to lose a little weight.  Thank goodness!

We are now all plowed out since our latest blizzard.  No school yesterday!  We had close to 10 inches of snow with gusty winds!  I made it to work . . . . but only a litttle late.  My driveway was blocked . . . so a neighbor gave me a ride to work (1 mile away).

Thought I would do some housework and laundry today, but instead I'm going to Green Bay with Nancy later this afternoon.  Have to do a WalMart run and then we'll go out to eat.  So tired of winter.

I was glad to hear that Clay hand-picked some of the songs that will be on the upcoming CD.  Hope we hear that he has signed with a new record company.  Some artists go "independent" on their own label.  With the current economy, I think many artists are going to have a difficult time selling concert tickets . . . . except for the really BIG recording star.  Fingers crossed that Clay will plan a tour  . . . .  and that there would be solid ticket sales.  :cross

My doctor and others have recommended Stevia because it is a natural substance that your body recognizes.  As I wrote earlier, Splenda and other artificial sweeteners have been shown to cause metabolic syndrome.  Splenda, no matter what it claims, is not sugar and is artificial.  Your body tastes sweet and expects calories.  When it doesn't get calories, it throws everything off.  I would go into more detail, but I am going to my niece's play now.

Well, thought I would have to work tonight, but not so, Matt had enough people there.

Beth - I don't make the pizza , the pans are too heavy for me to lift and put in the oven. I can stretch the dough and put it in the pans, but I don't bake them. I make all the salads and hoagies. I can also make the calzones, but once again, I don't bake them.
Along with that, I answer the phone and write down the orders.

Does Clay have a new cd out? when did this happen?. I think he will lose a lot of his fan base and they will not be joining his fan club, because he doesn't show any interest in it himself.

We had a nice weekend.  The Holtz planet part of the concert was wonderful, and with the slideshow was very moving.  Even brought a tear to David's eyes. He's always loved anything to do with space; The Cosmos show on PBS with Carl Sagan was a favorite way back when!

Justin and I enjoyed the second half of the concert more, with the music from Star Wars.  Very dramatic and fun!  They had people dressed up in Star Wars costumes milling around so the kids could have their pictures made with them.

We love wasabe too; we have bought Ginger Wasabe sauce from Robert Rothschild Farms, you can find it in some kitchen type stores or buy online.  It's hot stuff!!  Reminds me of the hot mustard you get with Chinese meals.  My favorite sauce from Robert Rothschild Farms is called "Pineapple Habanero Sauce."  I put it on my omelets or with chinese meals; also great on chicken and salmon! :yum

I'm experiencing the same problems that many others are facing!  Both my son and my son-in-law have had their hours cut and/or are laid off.   My son's marriage is over and he is working on maintaining a solid relationship with his 8 year old son.  Lots of other people have more serious problems . . . . but when our kids are hurting (no matter how old they are), our hearts ache for them.

It's been a very long 12 hours here. Jim fell at a friends's house last night and tore his ear quite badly. He also has a severe concussion. They called me just before midnight to say I needed to go pick him up; didn't tell me how badly he was hurt. He fell a few times while I was at the friends' house and while they were getting my car unstuck.  :bang  I took him directly to the ER. He had amnesia for several hours. He had a CAT scan, EKG, chest x-rays, various blood tests, etc. They kept him overnight for observation and then did surgery on his ear this afternoon. He was in ICU for awhile and then they let me bring him home. It appears his fall was caused by very low blood pressure. The anesthesiologist told him his CAT scan conclusion was an unremarkable brain.  :lol  He's going to be teased a lot about that because it needs to be shared.  :wink  He didn't realize that we were at the Mt. Pleasant hospital until he was on his way to surgery today. Thought he was in a Lansing hospital. Very scary. Right now we are both so tired we can't get to sleep. And he has to have meds and antibiotic cream on the stitches at 4am.

Have to tell ya...we had an absolutely WONDERFUL time! That show was positively adorable! You chuckle & giggle and sometimes guffaw... :lmao
We couldn't have planned it better if we tried! Sharon & Mary were staying with Mary's sis...and sis lives LITERALLY across the street from the show! Could've walked there! (But they didn't) :lol
The place is called Capone's. It's a nice lil speakeasy...if anyone goes to Orlando for a family trip...definitely go see it! You can bring the kids too (but you will get ribbed for bringin kids to a speakeasy)
Dinner is buffet style...and there is something for everyone! Shirley...they had Ham, Turkey, Stuffing, Pot Roast, Lasagna, corn, green beans, mashed taters, mac & cheese, linguini, salad, breadsticks....etc. Was wonderful!
So now here we are at this speakeasy see? (Kay- I'm still talkin gangsta :lol ) Our "Waiter" was this gangster named "Bullet". Dunno why they called him "Bullet."..maybe cuz he was waving a gun atcha the whole time, I dunno. All the servers & bartenders were in on the show. So anyway...Bullet was kind enough to assure us that our forks was clean-see? He licked em clean himself! How's dat for service!? :roflmao :roflmao
So then Bullet stood up on a chair and shot us! He's a pretty good shot.....see?

Now since Sharon can dance and I like to TRY to dance..we thought we might just audition for the show. We'd make loverly showgirls.
Of course...we WOWED em with our skills... and they hired us immediately. We even had to do a promo shoot to advertise the new cast.

DEBI,   almost time to put the Finch feeders up.  Even though it is so cold and snowy the little finches are thinking spring!!! 

Just put a big pot of vegetable soup on to simmer all day.  I have diced onion, celery, carrots, pinto beans, green beans, corn, diced fresh cabbage, frozen peas, a can of diced tomatoes, four cans of chicken broth, a half of a can of tomato sauce, seasonings and a tiny tubular macaroni goes in later.   I wil fix corn bread to go with it later on.  I also made some cupcakes with yellow cake and chocolate frosting sprinkled with nuts.  Just took my lung treatment while I am talking to all of you and now I am going to go read for a while with my   Yorkie Alli.  Pepe will lay by the back door till his papa comes home.   Everyone is invited over for supper there is plenty.

Looks liike lots of fun, Kim!   Do some people dress uplike the roaring 20's when they go there?   The Renaissance Festival is lots of fun, cuz people actually buy and wear clothes of "the times," pretty cool!

 KAREN, yep Robins are the first sign of spring.  I do believe they are disappointed that they came back so early.  Heck the winter we have had it might still be snowing in April.  I can't believe the horrible cold below zero temps we have been having.  I thought maybe the heating bill would ease up but I guess not.  Yep I seen that on TV where people's children in their 30's are going back home but the  younger generation doesn't save any money.  My mother would always tell my kids, save for hard times and I think they laughed at her.  Well hard times are here for everyone.  I am headed to the kitchen to have a cup of that coffee.

Hi everyone - Well, I did all my shopping but came home with a horrible headache. I'm going to rest for the rest of the night.

Karen - I know all about taking the wrong major. You know, my husband was an engineer and when young Matt was in college, his father was very sick and Matt knew he was dying, so, instead of picking the right major for himself, he opted to become an engineer. You know, from the very start, I knew , with his personality that he should have gone into law. He loved politics and I just knew that being an attorney would be the right course. But, he was determined to emulate his dad, so he got an electrical engineering degree, which was no small feat and he did it in four years. But, he never liked it. His dad died while he was in his first year of college and this made him only want to be an engineer more than ever.
He lasted about 6 years as an engineer and hated every minute of it. Never went back for further education, and now, he is finally happy running a pizza shop. Thank goodness, but he wasted so many years in between doing a little of everything.

Wow - didn't mean to tell you all that, but just wanted you to know that it happens to many kids.

I just got here and I saw your post.  I am VERY tired tonight.  It was a long day at work today and I will be going to bed soon.

I had to go and get my blood checked again today.  I have to go again tomorrow!  No coumadin tonight, my levels are to high.  I sure hope I don't stay on this med for long.  It sure is a pain - literally.  Hope the boss lady stays in this working with me phase.

My daughter has been on the computer all weekend, so I haven't' been able to stop in.  She plays the 'World of Warcraft' game which is an on going game. 

Karen and Evelyn, I don't know why I feel like sharing this, but....I never got my degree because I always felt that I could never decide on what I wanted to do for the REST of my life.  At such a young age I never knew that you didn't need to get a job in the degree that you received.  Now I regret that decision, but it's 20 years too late!

Beth - You are so right. My husband was still living when my daughter was ready for college. She had played the piano from the age of 9 and that was all she wanted to do. So, he said , "then get your degree in piano performance. And - that is what she did. After college, she got a job in industry and a sales rep. and worked her way up from there. She never believed that it didn't matter what your degree was in , just so you had one. A few years  ago, she went back and got her bachelor's degree in education. Now she is a music teacher at one of the local schools and loves it.

Evelyn,  thanks for sharing about Matt.  My Matt was in engineering because we all told him he was smart enough to do it, good at math, etc.  He didn't know what else to do, so that's what he was working toward.  Turns out he doesn't love math as much as he thought and college was torturous.  That's why we let him switch.  In his case, I think he regrets switching majors now, cuz he could've at least had a decent job now.  But you're right, he'd probably hate it like your Matt did!  He just has no direction now; still doesn't know what he wants to do.

Marilyn, Shirley, I saw the Bachelor, too.  I've liked Jason all along, but now I just wonder how this girl could possibly trust him with her heart now?  She has to wonder if he'll ditch HER, too, after 6 weeks.  I predict that they won't stay together.  He'll see someone else with "pretty eyes" and decide he doesn't want this girl anymore.  I don't think he knows what he wants, either!

Peggy, I think "World of Warcraft" is what derailed my Matt's college career.  He is a bit obsessed with playing that game and I think his studies suffered for it.    It's very addicting, as you have found out!!  Hope you get some energy back, soon!! :hugg

Have been 'under the weather for the past few days' - not really the flu just the same symptoms because of the Reclast. Actually I had chills and excruciating pain in my neck (which is still painful - couldn't even move it until last night (after Dan gave me some muscle relaxers), my back, my legs - I hurt all over (even my butt hurt). It was miserable. I sure hope the Reclast was worth that. They told me that it would only be half that bad next year after the shot - OMG, what I have to look forward to. I also lost four days of work (probably wouldn't have worked all of them anyway though).

I am just furious with that #%@@ Jason - what a jack###. You're right, Karen, I don't think he knows what he wants either. I think he needs to grow up and live in the real world. Now I wonder what happened to his first marriage - maybe it wasn't all her fault after all. Melissa should count herself as lucky she got out so soon. She is adorable and will no doubt find someone worthy of her (I hope - she was my favorite from the beginning). I don't think Molly will last either - I just hope she doesn't get hurt any further. I bet Deanna is now thanking her lucky stars she didn't get that second chance. On the other hand, maybe they would have worked out together - both flaky.

Becky, what a nightmare. Your luck just has to change soon - it has been a rough few months for you two. I hope he's feeling better - you, too.

I think eventually her room will be full of vampires and Wild Cats.  Watched High School Musical 3 with them last night and it was fun - I am just a teenager at heart obviously (hmmm, maybe I am the female Benjamin Buttons).

Karen - As I said , Matt got the degree in 4 years. He was great at math and science, but didn't like the work when he was actually in the outside world. I won't even tell you the number of years he went from job to job. insurance salesman, stock broker, politician (he was a councilman and then a commisioner), and on and on. Now - years and years later, he is finally happy and working his butt of  He loves cooking and he's always trying something new. He loves the catering business, but he is working long hours and in this economy it's really hard, but he is holding his head above water.

Eventually, Karen, it will all come together. It is just too bad that the economy is so bad right now. Heaven help us if it gets much worse.

Evelyn,  I was just talking to my Matt...I think he might try banking for awhile.  Apparently they will help put you thru school if you work there.  He will have to start out as a teller, probably not much over minimum wage.  But it's SOMETHING!  He does have his minor in business, so that's good.  He's also had basic accounting in college.

BRENDA, I am so sorry you are not feeling good and in pain.  I didn't know you had to get a shot next year too!!!   That is scary stuff to me.  I am one of those that doesn't really trust doctors.  They are always wanting this test done or that and I will tell them I will let them know and than I come home and research the heck out of it and  usually don't do it.  To many tests and to many medicines not tested long enough for me.  I sure hope you are feeling better soon hate to hear you are in pain.  Oh did you get Julie's furniture  yet?  We were supposed to see a picture!!!  We did not get the snowstorm like the other states, the dear Lord had mercy on our state for a change.   :lol 

EVELYN, I see BETH answered your question for you.  Yep they changed Daylight savings time for what reason I don't know, wished they would decide a a time a just leave it alone.  I got so used to waking up at 6:00 am in the summer I was waking up the same time all winter only than it is 5:00 am,.   :bduh  I love when you tell about your family.  I don't think I am being nosey just love hearing about other lives, wonderful human interest stories.  I often said I could write a book of the last five  years of the Claymaniacs.

KAREN,  My grandson went for four years to college for Robotic Engineering and left as he had one last year to get his degree.  His roomate committed suicide and he refused to go back to school.  He is now working construction with his dad.  What a shame.

MARILYN, I didn't see that show of the Bachelor where he was with his mother as last night was the first time I saw the show.  I thought that was the end of it and now they say it is on again tonight, wonder what that is about??????

The college degree conversation is interesting, too. Jim's degree is in geography. His career was in computers and security.  :bduh  Daughter Cathy's BA was in Advertising; her Masters was in Community College Teaching. Her career has actually been in advertising, teaching advertising, and now creating advertising. Daughter Jill began college as a violin performance major, but her BA is in Public Policy Studies. Her "career" has been in bartending, serving, and she works at a polling station for all the elections in Lansing where she lives. Sounds about right, doesn't it? She deals with a lot of Public Policy conversations in East Lansing where she works. Beth, it's never too late to finish a degree. I went back to college when Bart was in pre-school and Cathy was in college. Attended our community college and earned an Associate in Business degree. Took classes while he was in pre-school and at night when Jim was home. It took awhile, but the challenge was important to me, and it helped me find a good job when the kids were older.

Jim is doing much better. Yesterday, his cardiologist's associate called and talked with him for about a half hour. He changed one of Jim's meds. Must have been an interesting conversation since Jim still does not remember anything from about 11pm Saturday until 4:30 pm Sunday. I was involved in a very serious situation on the phone with Bart, who was walking me through the hookup of our new tv and DVD player.  :blush

Taking a short break from work - always welcome.

I voted only for Scott last night (the blind guy) - not crazy about anyone else (a couple of the girls were all right but I think this is another guy year). Am just hoping they bring back Danny's friend for the wild card show. I did like the beautiful mom of three who came back when they disqualified that one singer but didn't vote for her - wait, I think I did vote for her once or twice, duh. Boy, she is certainly gorgeous - could be a member of the Cullen family she is so beautiful (a Twilight reference).

Sharon, glad you are back home safely - sorry it is still frigid but our weatherman seems hopeful that it is almost time for spring to break out. We are expecting 60 degrees next weekend - can hardly wait.

I agree, it appears like Clay will not be touring AGAIN this summer. I don't think he can use the small operation as an excuse - he has plenty of time to heal.  I think he is making such a big mistake and is losing a lot of fans, which is really too bad. I miss our old Clay who at least seemed to care about his fans.  Find it hard to believe he can't be a daddy and a working singer at the same time - other people do it well.  I think he is getting lazy in his old age.  We will just have to get us a cardboard cut out and have our own 'concert' so we can still have our fun - Clio anyone? Cheap tickets and all front row.

Kim, you can pick up masks in any hardware department (or paint dept) - Walmart, K-Mart, Target, any hardware store, etc. They are cheap. Wish you were closer - I have one in my linen closet you could have. In any case, you probably ought to wear one - that can't be good for your lungs and, take it from one who knows, you really need to take care of your lungs. Please get a mask.

Did they get the bees out of the tree yet? That is scary - much more scary than the birds. Did they make a movie about bees? - I'm sure they must have.

Brenda, I have to disagree with you.  I do kind of think that Clay is being lazy, but I also think that's he's BURNT OUT!!  I have NEVER been a fan of someone that tours every single year.  I am a HUGE fan of Richard Marx.  He puts out a CD every OTHER year.  He's been doing this for TWENTY TWO years and has ELEVEN CD's out.  Clay has only been on the seen for what FIVE years, and I've seen him MORE than I've seen Richard.  JMO.

Beth, it might also be that he doesn't have the money to do a tour. He probably lost a lot of savings as we all did, and it takes a lot of money to put on a tour and he doesn't have a sponsor so he must have to foot it all himself. And the last cd didn't do what they expected it to do. Doubt he made anything from that since RCA gets paid back first. He may owe RCA money, and that's what the new "Best of" CD is for. Who knows. I just want him to SING.

Kim, I hope there was more than water in that hose - was there?  You reminded me of the bees that were in my basement a few months ago and that I had to have that window recaulked (I'm going to have all of them done) - it was too cold to do right after that happened - so I just called the handyman to see if he could get that done during this 'warm' spell. Thanks for reminding me because my de-bee'er said they would come back if I didn't get that window fixed. ----- Can't wait to see Renesme.

Guess I'm in the minority.  I think Jason did what he needed to do.  It would've been worse for him to stay with her just because of the show if he didn't really love her. 

Now...as far as breaking up on TV, I think it was in BOTH of their contracts or something, because she knew about his feelings before coming back on for the breakup.  Otherwise, she could've/would've said "NO!"

Anyway, he and Molly looked VERY happy.  Melissa deserves someone who loves her back IMO, but I didn't think they were suited for each other from the very beginning.  And...she came across to me as being kinda phony.  Maybe that's why she's always the dumpee.  :lol

Oh...BTW....do you guys remember Charlie O'Connell (Jerry O'Connell's brother)?  He was the Bachelor a while back.  Well, he and the gal he picked broke up shortly after the show, too.  After being apart for TWO years, they are back together and VERY happy!  Amazing!

Actually I am happy for Melissa that she is free of him and looks like she has found someone already. I hope she is happy. She is still my favorite. BTW, i think he has been a little less than truthful about his little boy, too. It always looked as though he had custody and was raising him on his own - not true. He has visitation rights. His mom is very pretty - saw her on some show yesterday - which one? I don't like Brad and Angelina anymore either - just don't like cheaters. Wonder if Jason will get Molly a new ring or give her that one - just wondering. I personally think Melissa earned it and should have kept it.

MEESA, I cry everytime someone says they cut their hair as I wished I had it so bad!  I asked the doctor why my hair is falling out so bad and he said because I am sick all of the time.   :lol  He had to go to college to tell me that!!!!!!!   :lol  Also I consume so many steroids he said that will really do it.  Thank goodness it is almost summer so I can wear my baseball hats all the time.  I have a red one and I need to get some more you know like blue and white. 

KAREN, I sure should have stayed home my Walmart trip today cost me $158!!!!!  I bought a large bottle of Musinex for $21.97, ( I go thru a bottle every week and a half), I bought four placemats, a large push broom for the garage, shampoo and hairspray,  (John Fredericks at $6.97 a bottle and can),  Dog treats, dog food, five gallons of distilled water, paper towel, two loaves of bakery bread, bathroom cleaner, bag of M&M's, Kitchen trash bags, Bag of frozen vegetables, Preston some baby cookies and two bottles of apple juice for him, a big bottle of V8 juice plus the co pay on my prescription it came to $158.  Shocking huh!!!!!!!  No steaks or lobster for that amount of money!!!!!!!!!!!!!!   :bang  I know you just wanted to know all this!!!  :lol

Shirley - I don't know if you have an Aldi's around you, but I go there first. They are .10 to 30 cents cheaper on everything than Wal-mart. of course, they don't have the selection, but that's my first stop and then I go to wal-mart.

Sharon, I'm glad that you clarified that.  I was going to say that I've never had mashed asparagus before.  I do love asparagus though.

Evelyn, I have an Aldi's just down the street from me.  I was all excited because my SIL used to shop at one and just loved it.  I made the mistake of buying some deodorant and I broke out in a rash after using it.  That did not make me happy.

I just turned off the heat, opened the windows and walked up to Nathan's school to pick him up.  I wish that we had weather like this every day.

BETH, wouldn't it be nice if we had this weather all the time.  Eastern Tennessee was like this a lot in the winter, after living there for 8 years it is to hard to get used to Michigan winters again and this has really been a bad one.  Yay turning the heat off anything to help that darn heating bill.

EVELYN, I have never heard of that store before.  I don't think Walmart is all that cheap anymore, I noticed today they raised their prices again on a lot of things.  Pet food and Pet treats has become ridiculous in price. 

Oh I forgot in honor of the 58 degrees we had today I also bought some gardening gloves and two packages of cucumber seeds and zinnea flower seeds.   :lol :bouncy :roflmao

If I ramble on to much just tell me to shut up.  I am on high doses of steriods again and I do tend to talk a lot when I take them, which is good as it means I am breathing better.  Off to take this makeup off and put some different clothes on.

I am also going to Debi's dinner thing today.  Not sure if I will be able to see everyone though.  I have to wait for Kaylee to wake up from her nap before we come.  Jamie works until 1:00, she then has to go home, pick up Kaylee, and come back down.  I am wondering if I can go, come back and go again.  This way I will be able to see everyone.  Not sure if it will work yet.

Hiya Ann!  My son is writing up applications online today; we'll see.  He said the bank where he wants to get a job is hiring in Chillicothe!! :bang  Not gonna do him any good, now that he has a lease up in Columbus!!  He still hasn't filed for unemployment.  I told him to file; that's what it's there for!  (I think he's embarrassed to do it)

Also he doesn't have medical insurance right now.  His job had him covered; he paid half.  Now COBRA wants $500/mo to continue the plan!!  This is an insane amount of money for a healthy 25-year-old!  I think they take advantage, and gouge people.  So he is currently also looking for an affordable coverage, at least until he gets a job that will provide insurance again.

March Madness:  Oconto High School boys' basketball team is playing in the Regional Tournament today in a huge auditorium near Green Bay.  I am going to the game.  Their opponents are from a bigger school in our division and their team makes it to State almost every year.  Our little town, with it's rising unemployment problems, could really use a boost.  Hoping for a win!  :clap :clap

SHARON, you are one of the nicest, most thoughtful person I know.  You are either fixing lunch for your mom and friends or dinners or making sure your relatives get together for breakfasts and such.  You truly know what family is all about, very few do now days including my children.  We are short of family!  My husbands parents passed away when he was 13 and he had one older brother in Arizona who passed away 10 years ago.  My parents passed away a few  years ago and I only have one sister in bad health she has the same lung condition I do, Pulmonary Hypertension.  She never had any children so I don't have any neices or nephews.   Yep I got short changed on family for sure.  I wish you peace my sweet and hope contentment comes to you soon.   :hugg

Derek has a cold.  Tim is hoping to pick him up tomorrow morning and they may go out for breakfast. Well, I went with Matt to Pgh. today. He left me off at the store while he parked the car in a parking garage. Well, when we came out, I thought , what the heck, I'd just walk with him to the car, rather than wait for him to pick me up. So - guess what happened - I fell. There was a slick spot and my foot hit it and I went down. Now I am aching all over. I must have twisted my back because there's  serious pain there. Luckily  - no broken bones but my right leg is hurting. So - here I am - at home - moaning and groaning.

I am home from Debi's benefit and it sure was nice seeing Ann, Carolyn and her family, Marilyn and Brenda , and Peggy and her daughter and grand daughter. Debi was looking so tired when I left, poor thing.  She really had a huge turn out. It was super well organized, a ton of great stuff for the silent auctions and they had 3- 59-50 raffles. There was tons of food and baked goods. An open bar and coffee. I would say it was a HUGE success and I am sure they did way better than they could have hoped for. At one point there were so many people there they had to ask some to move into another room because we were past capacity. I had my daughters Communion party there and we had 350 at that and we were no way near capacity.
We all agreed that we have to set something up for us all to get together again regardless of Clay being in concert or not. We can just get together because we want to see our friends, to me that is more than enough reason. What cha all think?
You know, this day has reinforced in me the fact that there is a Higher Power that works for us when we really need it. I can hardly sit for more than 20 minutes at a time and stand for maybe 10 before I am ready to scream in pain and yet today I did it all with a pain that I could handle. Isn't that something???? Of course, now my back is just screaming, but I would say it was much more than worth it.

Hi, gang,

I just home a little while ago. Very tired from the longer trip than usual in all that downpour (hard to see, scary for me) but I made it.

Debi's benefit was a huge success - reminded me of all the people at Al's memorail, Sharon - packed. They just kept coming all afternoon long. I was amazed at all the people, and at all the donations for the silent auction - I would say our Debi is one hugely loved woman for sure!!!!!

It was so wonderful to be able to spend time with some of our old gang again - it has been a long, long time (almost a year for some of us and way over that for others). Peggy looks wonderful - didn't complain at all but for sure looks the picture of health (even though she is still on antiobiotics). Mary looked good, even though I know it was painful for her to sit for so long - she didn't complain either. Carolyn and her family looked great and were just as exuberant as ever. Ann stayed much longer than she should have - she had a cake to ice and decorate and she certainly didn't leave in time to even get there by 7:00, especially with the rain and the construction close-downs on the freeways. Marilyn is -- what can I say, Marilyn. Debi spent a good amount of time with us and she was in demand everywhere. We didn't leave until the event was almost completely over and she was still there. She did look tired for sure. She has to know she is very much loved by many, many people. Asialynn and her new grandbaby were there and were as cute as they are in their pictures. Peggy's Kaylee is just adorable (acted shy for our benefit as her mom said she really isn't shy at all). I know we were all thrilled to be able to spend time together and especially with Debi. Wish you all could have been there. (BTW, when Marilyn and I came in - we were the first RTMers there- someone introduced us to Debi's husband as Debi's "crazy" friends - hmmmmm). PS - the crowd was much, much, much bigger than reflected in that picture, by the way.

Karen, Lucy Bell is absolutely adorable! Hope your son is successful in getting that bank job he wants!

Evelyn, good grief, I hope you feel better after a good night's sleep! We never see those kind of things coming, do we?

Becky, we sure missed you. I hadn't been on the board as I left relatively early, so I didn't know you weren't coming. Do they think Jim will get his memory back? What exactly happened anyway?

Barb, sorry your team lost but it sounds like you had a fun time anyway- but again, you always do!

Shirley, ditto about the family.

There was a vacation package up for auction at Lake North (or something like that - Debi said it was up around Gaylord). The place slept 12 and we were talking about how nice it would be to have a get-together there (close enough for Shirley and Becky to come). It sold for over $600 though - too rich for us.  Mary is right, though - we have to plan something for this summer.

I wanted to let everyone know that Debi's party has to be a huge success.  There was so many people there that as Mary posted, at one point they asked if anyone was done visiting could they move to another room.  To all of the RTM ladies and (families) that were there - it was just G R E A T  to see you all again. 
Mary looked great (even with her health issues), Ann, Brenda, Marilyn, and Carolyn  it was SO GREAT to see you.  Carolyn, your wonderful family is really growing up fast.
Debi - Even though you were very tired, you were a perfect hostess and you looked wonderful.  I know that I was tired towards the end, I know you had to be beat.  I know that you will be spending time tonight and tomorrow resting up after all this though.  You really were a trooper today. 
I recognized your mom right away from your pictures you have posted of her.  She really is a dear. 
Kaylee had so much fun with Aisalyn and her friends she didn't want to leave. 

We all talked about getting together SOON!  Mary said that April is very busy for her.  How does May or the beginning of June sound to everyone.  (Jamie is due with her baby the end of June so that time is out for me.)  We would like to get together with as many as we can, for at least an overnight.  Any one have any dates that will or will not work for them?  The end of June is out for me.  Hopefully if we plan it far enough in advance, maybe most of us can come.  Any takers?

Awesome to hear Debi's benefit went so well! I sure wish I could have been there, but it is tough since I live so far away. That and we had tornados here yesterday. I got spared thankfully, but they weren't too far from here. David's brother had a tree uprooted in his yard but it didn't hit the house and they are all well. David had just left my house and called to make sure I was okay.

Kim, lucky you - if I were fortunate enough to go to Vegas the one show I would definitely have to see would be Terry Fator at the Mirage. Do you watch America's Got Talent? He won two years ago and is just incredible. He now has a multmillion dollar contract at the Mirage. He is a comedian and a ventriloquist, but not the kind you are used to seeing. Getting ready to go to Julie's house for Emily's family bithday get-together. Yesterday was her birthday. She turned 12, which fact I am having a difficult time wrapping my mind around. Marilyn is having some water problems in her house and that would explain why she hasn't had a chance to post. Hopefully she is getting ready to head this way soon for Em's party.  Guess Ann is the only one who has'n't checked in, but she did have that other party last night, so probably today. FRANKIE and PRISSY, how wonderful to see your posts, please come back and post with us often, you are both such wonderful company!!!  Yep FRANKIE it is so much more than just about Clay.  We are real family or at least that is how I feel. 

ANN, I got me a new pizza pan with holes in the bottom.  I love it.  No sticking!!!  :bouncy I am going to make my second pizza today on it!!  Lets see we will put sauce on the bottom, just a little like Evelyn said and bake it, than take it out and put more sauce on it.  Put lots of cheese on top of the sauce.  I have peeled my fresh mushrooms and sliced them, (does anyone peel the top skin off of their mushrooms other than me?? ) than we have some nice diced green peppers, lots of pepparoni, diced ham, tiny slivers of diced bacon and a lot more cheese on top of everything than back into the oven it goes.  Man I think it is about 1,000 calories a slice!!! A fun supper though!!!

 

Evelyn - How are you feeling today?  I hope you are not too sore.  Just sit around and put your feet up today.

Debi - I hope you are able to stop in and let us know how you are doing today.  I hope yesterday wasn't to taxing on you.

Well, I am sore today. But, Shirley, nothing is broken and that is a good thing. I just ache. The worst is my back which is think i just twisted as a fell, but I'm sure that it will be ok soon. I sat in my recliner that has a massage unit to it and it help a lot last night. I'm like Mary, i took some pain pills.

Enough about me - thanks everyone for asking. I read all your reports about Debi and I'm so glad she had such a wonderful turnous. You can just tell how much she is loved.

I agree with all of you, we should definitely get together. I think i'm going down to see Bozena at the beginning of May, (I think - nothing definite yet)  Hopefully, I can talk Bozena to coming up to see me again and we can drive up the way we did before. I can always bring food.!!!!!

Kim - the only thing I can't do right now is bake!!! The back is hurting too much for that.

Mary - Isn't it amazing how long you were able to sit. That's fantastic, but I know it was because of a higher being wanting you to enjoy Debi and friends.

After reading all of your reports, I can't wait to see all of you again and I agree, let's get together. Who needs clay!!! :lol :lol

Kim - in regard to Vegas. Circus Circus is clear down at the other end of the strip. Do you have a map of the strip showing you where everything is. If you are renting a car, then that won't be too bad, but ask for a room in the tower which is a separate and newer building across the alley from the main casino.

Bally's have nice size rooms and is right in the heart of things and you can walk to several casinos if you stay there. Also, Belagios is nic and New York New york. if you want a cheaper place off the main strip, Orleans I hear is nice although I've never been there.
I haven't seen the rooms at Sam's Club either, but it's where the locals go and  they have a shuttle that will take you from there to the strip. So you might consider that too.
Look on line to see the rooms and sizes.

Thank you.  I think so too.  She really is getting big.  I hadn't seen her in 3 weeks and she grew!  I don't like going that long without seeing her. 

SPIKEE, yep three weeks is a long time.  When I don't get to see Preston for a couple of weeks I am always amazed at the new things he does.  His favorite thing is to blow on me, gads I love that child, I have other grown grandchildren but there is just something captivating about this one little guy .

Boy we are in the middle of a major snowstorm here.  First sleet, than snow blowing so hard with the biggest flakes I have ever seen and now snow and sleet and would you believe thunder to, so I am shutting down for the night,  BECKY are you getting it too???????

Second.... I am soo glad that you guys were able to go to Debi's. I did send her a card and some money to help in her travels and told here how I wished I could have gone. LOVED seeing the pics of all of you and it makes me miss all of you even more :hugg I agree, we need a get together for no reason but just to see everyone. So, hopefully with my crazy life and schedule these days, I can make it.

Coaching and managing a Rep soccer team has taken over our lives  :bduh When the end of May comes, it will be everynight for us between the two kids..insane. And tomorrow night, we get the great job of calling up the girls who didn't make the team and letting them know that :hypno NOT FUN, it is going to be soo hard. My heart is breaking for them all ready.

Anyways, Just wanted to get on here and say HI to all of you and I am so glad I did and got to see the pictures.

I just wanted to thank all of you who where able to attend this benifit.  It sure was great to see all of you.  I also want to that all of you who were with us in spirit....I could feel you all around me.  It surely was a long day but a good day.  Probably one of my best days lately.  I did nothing on sunday...I could barely get off the couch...i just wanted to veg and that is what I did.

Today is a busy day.  Monday's always are.  Today is Diana's classes celebration for March birthday's.  We are bringing in party favors of rubber balls, slinky's, and play-doh.  And we are also bringing vanilla ice cream cups  :yum.  Then it's off to the grocery store, pick Diana up from school, then today is the day that I sign Diana up for Kindergarten.  I can't believe it.   Then I pick Nathan up from school, and then he has soccer practice at 7.  I'm tired just thinking about all of this.

I love to look at the water from a beach but not go in it.  A couple of years ago my hubby, Skip, and I went to Seattle and drove around a lot of Washington State.  Here is a picture of the sunset on the Pacific, and a favorite picture of mine:  me on the military plane we flew to Seattle that had only three passengers!! :shock  (On the return trip, the same three passengers:  Skip, me, and another man.  There was more crew than passengers, and I could sit anywhere I wanted!!)  :lol

No line for the restroom!!  :lol   But I was sitting by the emergency door.  I guess I would have had to be the one to open it in an emergency!! :eek

One funny thing about that flight: because there were so few passengers, the military crew took the opportunity to practice "panic" situations that could arise on a flight. The Captain really got into the role playing, but the young crew, not so much.   At one point, the Captain pretended that he was an irate passenger, and the crew had to calm him down.  

Before they started all this role playing, the Captain warned us what was going to happen so we wouldn't think it was for real! :shock

This would have really freaked you out.  We got to go in to the cockpit and see the crew flying the plane.  They said a computer was flying the plane and could land the plane, too.  They didn't have that much to do!!!!!!   :para 

That could have ended my flying career :lol :roflmao What if the computer shorted out???  Don't computers shut down in a storm :para, what if the computer just did what IT wanted to do and took you somewhere you didn't want to go :para OK now tell me that the pilots really were flying the plane :please

Just got home from getting stitches out. The ear appears healthy and if we take good care of it, it won't slough off.  :clap  The spots must have been on my camera; they aren't part of the ear.  :bigsmile

Barbara and Shirley, we got the ice and snow, too, but not as bad as you did. I-127 was treacherous going to Mt. Pleasant today. It was pretty bad in Traverse City, too. Another family tragedy happened because of it. Our DIL's aunt got stuck there because of the weather and was moving luggage around, had a heart attack and died immediately. She was in her 50's. Her mom and sister were with her. This will be harder on our grandkids because they know her very well.

Sharon, why are we supposed to watch Maks' feet? Or shouldn't I ask?

Ann, thanks for the photos from Saturday. It kinda made up for not being there in person.

Whoever suggested a get-together in Clio gets a  :clap and a  :hugg  Great idea. The only thing that might stop me from being there would be if our newest granddaughter was being born, and then I would just be late.  :bigsmile  (Heaven forbid any other unforeseen casualties happen.)

Too bad we can't get all our granddaughters together along with Diana, Taylor and Tori. Maybe Nathan and Derek could hang out with Dylan and Christien, too. The older ones would probably just make fun of us red thongers.  :lmao

I agree with everyone's opinions of the dancers, but I wish the cowbowy was better 'cause he seems like a nice (and funny) guy.  I was also hoping Denise Richards would be better than she is.  She seems pretty clumsy, so I'm not sure even Max can help her on that score.  Oh well...    Shar...if Maxipoo doesn't make it long, you can always stare at the actor whatshisname.  He's kinda cute.  Julienne's BF is cute too.  Not a shortage of eye candy this time.  Oh, yeah...Demitri is "supposed" to cause various and sundry swoons as well, although I was never "moved" by him.  Seems like DWTS is hiring everyone from "So You Think You Can Dance" past seasons.  In any event, I think some of them did better than the judges thought they did...and some worse, too.  :lol

Gee, Sharon, you read my mind - I voted for all these couples except Melissa and Tony - couldn't get through, busy, busy, busy, so she must be getting a lot of votes. Am going to go vote on the internet for her though. I also voted for Derek and Lil Kim (because I love Derek) and I think Lil Kim did a pretty good job as well.  Gotta keep Derek in for awhile. I think the girl singer (red hair - can't remember her name) will probably be the first to go. I didn't think any of them was as bad as the bad ones in other years - all have some potential with some obviously having more potential than others. Personally I like Shawn and Melissa and think they are the ones to beat. Was really rooting for Melissa and very happy she did so well. Giles was yummy! Think he can give Maks a run for his money. Didn't see anything 'feminine' about him. Didn't really get a good look at Dimtry, was doing something at the time he was on - guess I will have to go back and watch him again. Was surprised that Denise Richardson wasn't so good - I expected her to be good.

Becky, poor Jim, that looks very painful. I'm sure you are taking really good care of him.

Had a nice day on Sunday with Marilyn and her family here for Emily's birthday atlhough I was in a lot of pain with my back. Dylan and Cristien played together a lot (very cute to watch). Kylie is wallking (a little) and that is so cute. Got some videos but I don't think I can post those. Got some pics to post too but first have to upload them to Photobucket. Later today maybe. Emily loved her Twilight presents and is so excited because I ordered her a life-sized cutout of Zak Efron from High School Musical 3 - in his prom tux. She says I got her the best Christmas present (Edward cutout) and now the best birthday present (the Zak cutout). Now she wants Jacob if anyone makes one of him - have to go search for that, and Caity already has her bid in for Zak in his HS Musical 2 red  basketball sweatsuit. I do aim to please. Anyway, it was a good day.

Off to work for a while. The cable guy was just here and told me there was a shooting down the road a bit - waiting for the noon news to find out what happened. He said there were lots of police cars and sirens going on. Probably a domestic thing - nice neighborhood.

See the gap in Emily's front teeth - they are stretching her palate to allow some teeth more room - Julie has to twist it every night - ugh!

This is a very special picture. Have to tell you how sweet Kim is. The Dazzled by Twilight store doesn't have any Team Greedy t-shirts yet so Kim sent her one of her prototypes - no charge. I think Emily is the only girl in the country to have this and she is so happy. Her friend (the girl with the glassse above) says all of her friends would be so jealous. Kim is a real sweetheart and I really appreciate her generosity. She made my granddaughter very happy. :hugg :hugg to Kim!

 just spoke with Marilyn earlier this morning and let her know, but I thought I'd share with you.

This morning my oldest nephew Jonathan was supposed to have surgery to remove a plate and screws from his now healed arm. He had a pretty bad fracture a few months ago. Well, Thursday the doctor was sick and the surgery was rescheduled for today. As they did the prep for his surgery, his tests came back abnormal regarding his heart. It's skipping beats and the top and bottom aren't beating correctly. They cancelled the surgery, sent him to his doctor and he is now undergoing a stress test with the Pediatric Cardiologist in Wichita. There is a possibility he may have to get a pacemaker (my Dad has one already). Please keep him in your prayers. He's only 12 and very scared!

Hope everyone is doing well. I'll check in tonight if I can.

Meesa, poor little guy, he's had his share and am sure he's scared, please let us know the outcome of the stress test :hugg

Off to the theatre tonight with a dear friend to see "The Drowsy Chaperone"  It's a Tony award winning 'Comedy within a Musical" she is treating me to dinner at a Greek restaurant first :bouncy Kim, wish it was where you work on the beach :sigh I'll miss the ist round of singing tonight on Idol :bang someone said it was Michael Jackson week :para what do you think Adam Yambert will rip into :scratch :whoot

OK - so , my back is still a little sore when I turn to the left. and I have a black and blue mark on my right thigh and above my left shin. Other than that - I'm fine. Nothing broken , just  a little sore yet.

Carolyn - You must watch DWTS - it's a great show.

There is a conflict with 24 though.  I like  both shows.

BRENDA, thanks so much for posting the pictures all the kids look wonderful.  Boy Cristien is going to be a lady killer with those eye of his,  they will be banging on his door when he gets older!!   :lol  Yep there is not enough good words to say about KIM.  She has made many people happy here on the RTM.  There is no words to describe how happy we were when I got the portrait of Preston that hangs in my living room and get to look at it every day, all day and the wonderful portrait of Al Kim did for SHARON.  Gifts like these there is just not words to describe how grateful and happy you are to receive them and now she made your grandaughter's birthday a very special day for her. 

MEESA, I am so sorry to hear about  your nephew.  Bless his heart he is so young and I know he is scared, will be waiting to hear what is next.  Hope the family gets a second opinion,  They told me my son needed a pacemaker also when he was 15.  Decided to take a wait and see and keep him monitored and he is now 41 years old and fine.

Do the judges like Adam YUMbert? - not much!  This is an easy year for me - been Adam since his audition (but I do love Danny too - he'll make it anyway, and Scott) But Adam, WOW!!!

Meesa, gotta know we are thinking about your nephew. These things can be temporary and hopefully this is one of those. Keep us posted, please. Just try to reassure him that he will be okay as I'm sure you are going.
