I remember Alfonseca when he played for the Cubs. He is either on or not. That game last night between Colorado and San Diego was wild. Are you glad to be playing Colorado? Also going through morphine withdrawals because I refuse to be on it on a regular basis.  This I decided after a month of being on it every day and finally having actual pain relief.   :bduh :bduh :bduh

But morphine ...  EEK!  Who wants that monkey on the their back?  Just what I need on top of everything else - an addiction!  Might as well go out and get myself some heroine.   :roflmao  :chug

There are more opportunities for country music artists. Two networks (GAC and CMT), country music video countdowns, specials, the Grand Ole Opry. Yesterday, hubby & I went over to Butter's house to celebrate my recent b-day & we had such a wonderful time!  Butter invited a few close friends from work, prepared a scrumptious dinner & a very decadent chocolate cake that would (quite honestly) put Matha Steward to shame  :yum  and throughout the evening, all the laughter, good conversation & fun was just as free flowing as the wine. :cheers  We had a blast & I wisely switched to water after dinner.  :bigsmile

Yes, I'm off today.  Had to go back to the doctor for a chest x-ray and a whole lot of bloodwork.  He did an EKG on me yesterday and it looks like I've had a minor heart attack a couple of months ago.  He's doing some extensive testing and I won't know until Monday what the results are. 

Please say a few prayers for me.  I'm a little nervous.

I just got home from work & I'm still shaking.  My drive home tonight was one of the WORST ever.  It's raining SO hard in NY, even with the wipers on high I could barely see the dam road.  And our backroads have no street lights, so my night vision was in full force.  I'm a mess & need some TLC.  Those pics are a nice start.   :thud

I can not believe that I am awake.  I should actually try to go back to sleep.  I was asleep but my dream woke me up.  I had a dream that Nathan gave me the finger! WHAT! Yep, like I said, that was enough to wake me up.  It's funny how dreams can play a trick on your mind like that.  I know for a fact that he has never ever seen that and has absolutely no idea what that even means.  I guess that's why it woke me up!  :lol

Sorry to have disappeared on you yesterday.  All of those moving pictures were affecting my screen and every time I tried to scroll my poor eyes just couldn't take it.  So, my eyes needed to take a little break. 

Oh, typing in the dark, I'm pretty impressed by my typing capabilities.  I guess my mom was right.  Retaking typing in 11th grade was not such a bad idea  :lol.  I went from a C to an A.  My mom refused to accept the fact that I received a C in typing and made me retake it  :lol.
