I'm tied between Taylor and Chris. Chris pushes more of my "buttons" if ya know what I mean.... :wink

Gotta go with Taylor, I think he is great. Not sure how versitale (sp) he can be but looking forward to finding out.
Ace is a doll but Taylor is unique.

It's hard to tell so early on (although I had a clear favorite by this time in both seasons 2 (duh) and 4 (Bo). 

Having said that,  I have several that I want to see more of, see what they can do.   So I'd like these 5 to be in the top 6 boys:

Elliott, Chris, Ace, Bucky,  and Taylor.  I think they all have a lot of potential, and I hope they last awhile so I can see more of them!    :bouncy :bouncy

I haven't seen the guys sing yet, as I was wining and dining with some fellow Claymaniacs last Wed evening :bouncy :bouncy :bouncy I liked Ace and Taylor and think they will be my fav's!!!

BUT I AM TORN AS MANDISA IS A CLASS ACT BUT I THINK TAYLOR HAS A GREAT VOICE AND PERSONALITY.

Elliott is a close second for me in voice alone but Chris is the whole package for me.

Clay...Can I HIGHLY suggest getting a CD out ...soon!?

I couldn't agree more. Reowwrrrr is what I have to say. I do love Clay of course, but Chris is definately rocking my socks.

I just wish I could get a vote in for him. It's a great sign that he'll be around for a long time (in my book) but I just want the thrill of getting my vote in!  :cry

My daughter has said that his photos are going up next to Clay's in her room. 
I hadn't heard Chris until last night.  OMG that was good.  One of my daughters was listening and said, "who broke his heart?"  The emotion he brought to that song was terrific, we could feel it and we're in Canada.
Clay is still my main man (next to my husband of course).  But oh boy Clay your next album better come out before Chris'.  You finally have some competition baby.

I am a big fan of AI and I look forward to watching it every week.  But, the last two nights, IMO, have been extremely boring.  I was disappointed by almost all of the performances this week.  So far, I think the girls are better than the guys.  Chris is the only performer last night that stood out.  The rest were pretty mediocre.

Still pretty much have my five favorite guys.  I'm enjoying the guys more than the girls, but then I usually do every season; it's a matter of taste I guess, I find listening to a guy more enjoyable mostly.

Bucky really did well last night, didn't try  to growl thru the whole song like last week (tho I do like his growl). He has the personality and smile to go far, too.  Chris and Elliott are faves of mine, too.  I still think has potential; can't forget his "Father Figure" performance from last week, and I hope he gets thru tonight so we can see if he can do it again! (didn't care for that song on him last night).

What is it about Taylor?  I liked him in the beginning, but he is just trying too hard to pump excitement into every song with his "Whoo's."  To me, you don't keep interjecting them all thru the song.  Maybe one time.  Reminds me of a lounge singer now!  He does have a good voice, and if he makes good song choices and tones down the "whoo's" I will be a fan again!

Chris was awesome this week, he could win this!!!

I liked David Radford (the "crooner") but he just got the ax.  Oh well--I'm out of step again.

Should we have a new voting poll each week?    Or maybe at the start of the Final 12 Shows?

Since 6 of these will be gone by then, plus we will have seen more of what each guy can do by then!!!

My favorite is Taylor, but I have several other hat I think are special in their own way.

Taylor - He is not only a talented vocalist, but he really feels his music and loves it! He's just got it!

Bucky - He makes me smile. So polite and has that southern rock thing going on that I like.

Chris - He's nailed his songs the past few weeks. I'm impressed.

I love his sound because I love southern rock. Maybe it's my secret longing that someone (maybe even Bucky) will sing "Sweet Melissa" by the Allman Brothers. Awesome song, great song title.

I'm with you, Meesa!  I really like Bucky! "It's French, it's gotta be French or something!"  What an endearing personality, and I agree with Randy about the country/rock, sorta Bob Seger quality to his voice!

Not sure he would win, but I hope he's around to entertain us for many more weeks!  I'm also with Tammy; Elliott is GREAT!  Sweet personality there, too, and boy can he sing!  And--of course--I've loved Chris all along!

I like LoSeR(why is his name like that?) but hes not on the list to vote! And I like Chris!  

I LOVE me some Taylor Hicks!!! He's an awesome singer, plays a mean harmonica (also plays guitar and writes his own songs) and is one of the most unique contestants AI has ever seen. Good luck, Taylor, I'm rooting for you 110%!!!  :smile  :bouncy

I did it last year. At first I was on the Constantine bandwagon but I hadn't seen much of Bo at all during the auditions.

Then when I saw Bo I was like WOOA!

He's great.

And I changed my mind from Constantine to Bo.

Chris & Elliott would be my favorite this year, but of course Clay Aiken is still #1 to me !!!!!!!!!!!!
Clay looked weird when he first auditioned but look at him now. He is hot!!!!!!!!!
