Looks like a great crowd in this arena venue - floor looks to be totally full (and it goes pretty far back); 4 side sections closest to stage are very full; also people in boxes. Everyone seems to have one of the mini candle/flashlights and a party hat; the young woman next to Rhustress is making her boyfriend put on a hat when it's time to sing happy birthday! Merchanise stand was crazy busy - they didn't take credit cards. She thinks they sold out of the ornaments before the concert even started. Secretly is sitting around 5th row, dead center - will be videoing. Cellcerter reports LOTS AND LOTS of presents coming into the venue!! ok I am breathing now.. give loveeeeeeeeeeeeee.. working love with his tongue.. the crows are creamin tongith...think I may need to go to the bathroom for a sec...these depends arnt what they are cracked up to be.. everyone put on hat had lights on clay was impressed and surprised GN.. venue dark..curtains part .. there stands an angel..ready and willing to give himself to God and us..opens his mouth and the words flow with such ease and grace.. such eligance..layers of affection and wanting...I sit here tears flowing.. my body is just quivering..feel so warm so complete.. but yet so sad...I leave you with good newssssss..complete silence in venue.. he is mistical and makes you feel as if you are part of him.. even for a split second. that you are in him ..and feel his heart his faith is warmth..his love for all..good neww an angel brings good newwwww..can see him hands out front using them to praise his lord..gently sliding thru the air..wiping away all bad and making room for the good...head toward the heavens.. we break the bread we pour the wine..such amazing tones coming out of him..wrapping his words around you..caressing you so sofly and so loving .. with true and honest affection and love..oh I bring you goooood news and angel brings goodnews.... Everybody behind Clay was waving their hands during hug....also the flashes were awful even after he said quit....he didn't look up much during GN and he kinda backed out quickly.....they weren't flashing until the last 2 songs. He really enjoyed the party!! Audience was terrific and responded well during the whole show.....everybody had on hats.....Just got another call from Rhustress. Lights were absolutely incredible - she couldn't believe how many there were! The whole audience (at least on the floor) stood when he came out for the intros; stood through Happy Birthday, intros and all through DSIAFCD - huge crowd response! When birthday lights came on, Jerome poked his head out and gave a thumbs up; crew members also looked out to check out lights. During DSIAFCD, he sang the "oh baby that's a fact" part VERY low - Quiana "swooned". Someone put a very large birthday hat (looked like a dunce cap!) on stage and Clay picked it up. He put it on Quiana, she put it on him, then he carried it for a while and it ended up on Gregory. One annoying thing - during Good News when Quiana and Angela go out into audience to sing, departing concert goers were getting in their way. Who the heck leaves during Good News?!?!!? CV: Birthday celebration was a "really neat experience". Everyone stood during DSIAFCD, wore their hats, held their candle lights in the air, and swayed to the music. Clay seemed surprised when he saw the hats and lights and seemed to like it. He put on the hat of someone in the first row who handed it to him. The birthday singing was a little disorganized. Clay really seemed to enjoy the whole thing. Bad news: many, many flashes going off during band intros, DSIAFCD and Good News. At one point, Clay commented on it and said the flashes were hurting his eyes. Clay put on a party hat that someone gave him from the audience. First he tried t put it on Gregory - then he made a comment about it taking 45 minutes to do his hair - but he did put the hat on. The cast members make a big deal about 'a hug is warmer when you are in it' but Clay didn't do anything that our reporters saw. Great celebration - the audience stood through all of DSIAFCD and swayed and waved their lights. Reading did show Clay the love on his birthday!
