I got a 38.  Just like Oprah,    Why don't I have her income?

That suits you perfectly too Peggy Clapping as for Oprah's income nixweiss Laughing Your dinner sounds wonderful too Peggy as you know I'm new to cooking, I had never heard of boiled dinner, it's not something Al ever made. I'm learning though Wink

 wave Red Thong!

I'm peeking in to thank Kim for trying to find the Miami newspaper for husband Lewis (Sharon told me about that) - I appreciate that so much! I am surrounded by crazed Saints fans here (never have been much for pro sports myself ), but I understand - kind of like when I wanted Clay to win AI2!!!!  Laughing

Holder of Clay's Pepper Shaker

« Reply #1003 on: February 07, 2010, 04:05:34 PM »

Sharon I got 45 too. We are twins Purple Banana
Nothing much going on here. I am getting sick. Sore throat and cough I didn't sleep a wink last night but slept 2 hours this afternoon.
Chase is doing fine. Breathing tube is out. Gina is home and cried like a baby when she had to leave the hospital with out the baby. I can relate, I had to do that with Carrie.
Brenda, take extra special care of yourself. No getting sick!!! Naughty
I have my appointment with the back doctor tomorrow to go over the MRI results. I sure hope some decisions will be made regarding surgery. I am worried about recovery in time for Alaska.
I feel so bad for you all snowed in, but have to admit I am glad we didn't get any. I have enough food and essentials in my house so that I could be snowed in for 6 months but would go stir crazy looking at all that snow. I just do not like the cold anymore! I never pay attention to the weather reports. I always tell Paul, if I look out the window I know it is raining, if not then it will be dry!
I am going to go get dinner put away. Have a great night, I will probably just go to bed one I get the kitchen taken care of. Nite!

Cincinnati requires both too.

Kim, what website did you use to find this info on OSU and U of C?
I was just now at the OSU website and they say either/or.
Unless maybe you need both tests to apply for scholarships???

Oh yup! My bad! Saw ACT/SAT and thought it was both...later in the print it says and/or.

sorry! I probably am wrong about the other one then too...didn't look all that good.

The writing portion of Joey's report is DONE!

he is celebrating by callin the kids in that class and rubbin it in that he's done already. Laughing lmao

Hi, all...

Home from son's house.  Man...I adore those kids, but they sure wear me out!  Dylan is SO jealous when I play with Kylee and he's having NONE of that.  And, boy...she is one big (actually tiny) drama queen.  Laughing

Shar...I scored a 40 on your test.  I haven't really read the rest of them, yet, so I've gotta go back a page and do that.  When I read what the 40 is...gotta tell you...it nailed me on the friends thing -- to a T for sure!  Somebody has to REALLY push me past enough and beyond to make me turn my back, but once I do, it's over...I'm done...not gonna take it anymore.  I'll take a LOT of crap for a very long time, but when I'm fed up, that's the end.

Anyway..gonna go get my jammies on.  I'm kinda done for the night.

Filling Every Empty Space With Clay

« Reply #1009 on: February 07, 2010, 08:04:38 PM »

wave  Whew!  Spent two days clearing out Mom's possessions from the Assistive Living.  We went through all of her stuff.  She even still had her recipe box and a small bible with little prayer cards in from many funerals from the past . . . mostly our relatives.  She had a few beautiful hankerchiefs that had the edges crocheted.  We took our time.  Lots of smiles, tears and hugs.  The grandsons used their muscles and a truck to move her furniture out. We gave loads of her stuff away and stored a few pieces of furniture.  I'm beat.

THE TEST  . . . I scrolled past it.  Now that I'm reading your comments . . .I'll take it tomorrow.  blush

SHARON . . . You haven't posted since you ate "Barbara's boiled dinner"!  What happened??? nixweiss  I'll get a complex! doh

I got a 40.   Paranoid   Gee, most of us scored pretty close to each other.

Just got Dad settled in and came in here to check up on all of you. Dad's in pretty sad shape. Gonna call his doc in the a.m. Had two messages that a good friend passed today. Between the snow storm coming, my dad (there's no way I can leave him alone), the closing on the condo, and now a very sad funeral.........all in different cities..........who knows what will happen this week.

Sure got some smart teenagers in the house.  Clapping

And some sweet grandbabies and great-grandbabies (How DID you do that, Mary?)

Anxiously awaiting Brenda's doc report.

And pictures of Marilyne's hair cut.

And photos of some candles.

And I hope you people in Ohio keep your snow there. We don't need it here in Michigan.

And, of course, I always want everyone feeling better if you're not already feeling fine.

All of you please take care of yourselves.

Can you tell I'm tired???

Good morning everybody  wave

Just came back from dropping Dave off at the airport.  He'll be down in FL until Thursday. I've been up since 4:30.  The kids are WIDE awake and don't really need to be up for another hour and a half to get ready for school!

Today is my, not so little, boy's birthday.  Nathan turns 9 today!

I've got the Keuring ready for those of you that use it.  But, for me, I've got my Mrs. Tea all ready.  No fancy teas for me.  Red Rose Tea Bags are just fine   Smile!

Have a great day everybody!  Smile

6-10 inches of snow on Wednesday! Looks like the kids may finally get their first snow day! I'll believe it when I see it, though.  We'll probably get 6 inches.  Big woop! Just watch!  Laughing

My Mrs. Tea, already does that! I can make up to 4 cups of tea.  It's like a coffee maker, but for tea drinkers.  I just use a coffee filter, put up to 4 tea bags in it, put it in the spot above where the tea kettle sits on the burner, fill up the water reservoir, and then out comes tea instead of coffee!  bigsmile

eta: my mom bought it for me after she found out that I was using my coffee maker to boil water for me tea  doh  Naughty  Laughing
