Good Evening!
I think there are several of you, like Sharon and me, who enjoy THE BACHELOR series. I hope that you will join us in THE BACHELOR thread in Fun Stuff. I try to find and post pictures and news tidbits about the show, too.

I don't think so.
Maybe I will give it a chance next week. There are certain shows that I NEVER miss . . . . but sometimes I have to limit how many hours I spend in front of the TV.
I trust your opinion. Do you think it is worth watching this year???
True Confession: Each day I record The View, Days of Our Lives, Dr. Phil and Oprah. I sometimes fast forward through the parts of them that do not interest me. Add American Idol, DWTS, SYTYCD, Big Brother, Amazing Race, The Mentalist, Good Wife, Desperate Housewives, Bros and Sisters and David Letterman, The Middlle, American Family, plus some cable favorites . . . and the fact that I have a family, friends, Clay Aiken, Claymaniacs, and a job ..... I run out of time!
Ain't life grand????

Peggy, Sharon, Shirley and all my RTM buddies, I have to tell you what happened. It is definitely a Heidi and Ho story.
I laughed so hard today, I was holding my sides and tears were running down my face. Here's what happened. When Bozena got up one morning, I herd her in the kitchen and thought she was making coffee or something so I said: " I'll fix breakfast for you". Well , my toaster you have to push the side down to turn it on. It wouldn't stay down, so I tried again and it still wouldn't stay down, so I said: Geez, Bozena , I think my toaster broke, I'll use the broiler and toast a couple of pieces of bread for us. " She said: Letme see that toaster, I'm sure there's nothing wrong with it. Well, this went on for a few days and I said: " Don't worry, I planned to get a new one anyway,so nows a good time to buy one. Even Matt tried to fix it, . Well, I guess last night, after Bozena and I went to bed, Matt, somehow , fixed the toaster so this morning - it worked!!!!! Now the good part. Bozena admitted that she broke it because she wanted a piece of toast lighter so she pushed up on the side and then couldn't get it to stay down again.
Now Matt and I are laughing so hard. I said: you mean you didn't tell me all this time and she said I was just going to buy you a new one!!!! Then she kept asking Matt what he did to fix it. Well, he was laughing so hard, we never did find out how it got fixed. So that my Heidi and Ho story for the entire visit.
Bozena 's plane was an hour late in taking off because they kept de-icing it. But , she is home, safe and sound and I can't wait to go down and see her this spring.

- How funny. Did Bozena ever get her toast?
I'm off to bed. Almost done with another puzzle - again. I will save some for tomorrow.
Night everyone, off to

, sometimes my toaster doesn't work either. Until I put the bread in the side that says something like "use this side for one slice only".
It just took 1 1/2 hours to catch up with all the goings on around the RTM Mansion.
Ann and Chrisie were even here!!!
I have been gone since 12/21 except for two days at home with the girls and Jan 2nd, but I didn't wake up until after 1pm Jan 3rd. There was a cappucino sitting on the coffee table next to me where I had fallen asleep the night before after getting home from our three day bus trip to the UP. Sure glad I don't have kids to get off to school in the morning.
It's nice to be home, both in my house and in the mansion.
to all

Good morning everyone - Well, I'm missing Bozena already. But, I have a busy day ahead of me. Clothes to wash and the tree to take down. Don't know which I'll do first.
Peggy - Yes - for a few days I was making toast under the broiler. At least it resembled toast!!!!
Funny thing is, I've been wanting a new toaster because I hate this one. Toast burns no matter how low I put the setting. Now it's fixed so I guess I'll have to wait awhile to justify buying one.
