Karen, you knew I'd see it didn't you ROFLMAO I love your little trees, resurrect them !!! We used to have white lights strung in the window treatments of our front windows with the old decor I had.
I keep the three gold trees in my kitchen all year too now, love to see them.

Dang, I don't remember the trees, Sharon!     Wish you had your camera!

Michael got a small gift from an uncle; we spend about $10 apiece now.  Anyway, this was a little digital camera you clip to your belt.  He didn't need it cuz he takes pics with his phone, so I think he pitched it.  Dang, coulda sent it to you; would be SOMETHING anyway, till yours turns up!!

Jacob's girlfriend is 17.  He is only 15, which is a little worrisome, but they seem matched and she is very innocent, so I am not fretting too much.  He turns 16 in a month.

She really loves Clay.  :)

Good morning everyone.   Huggles

I will be off in a few to babysit Lylah.  They are taking Kaylee to see Walking With Dinosaurs today.
It will probably be most of the day because it will take them about 1 1/2 hours just to get there, and another 1 1/2 hours to get back.  The show is about 1 1/2 hours long.  They are picking up my ex too, he paid for the tickets so they have to take him.   Laughing

Was considering breaking down and goin to see Avatar tonite with Joey. Neither of us thought it looked like something we'd like, but everyone keeps raving about it...and both Reed   :heartburst & my friend Vinnie went back the same day to see it a second time they loved it so much!

And now Carolyn says it's good too! bigsmile bigsmile

Speakin of Carolyn.... wave
The age of the GF doesn't matter so much...it's how they ACT! Joey's "ex" is only 16...he's 18...and lemme tell ya...SHE talks/acts like a 22 yr old porn star sometimes!

Thanks so much SHARON for telling me that KAREN answered me about Justin and her sis on P.  77,  for some reason I never saw the rest of the posts on a half of a page there.  I am so glad I went and read it you gals were having a ball and I so enjoyed reading your funny posts.  You guys could be stand up comedians.

KAREN, darn , darn and more darn.  I was so sure those headaches were connected to Justin's soccer or his coach or both but I guess not if he still has them.  So sorry that sis wasted so much of her time on the louse she was going with!!!!  The RTM gals could pay him a visit if you would tell her that!!!!!!!!  Hope she does sell the house so she gets out from under the mortgage.  When she came back for Thanksgiving did she act like she missed it here or was she ready to go back to the west?

I know it's been a few days but we had so much fun that I'm just getting around to writing about it.

First - Matt drove us to mountaineer and then while he went to work until 9 pm , we checked in - the room was large so we had them bring in a roll away and it was fine for all of us.

then Bozena and I went down and gambled for a while. Came back to our room , relaxed and I still can't believe how we still have so much to talk about. Anyway, we made reservations for 10:00 pm for dinner. Bozena paid for both our dinner and breakfast the next morning.

I played the dollar slots and won 100.00 dollars, but bozena and matt were going up and down and ended up loosing. They served champagne right before midnight so we had a midnight toast on the casino floor - lots of fun!!!! Then I played the roulette wheel for about an hour and a half and won another hundred dollars.  Bozena went up to bed first, around 1 in the morning, I went up at 2 and Matt came up about 3.

We checked out, but stayed and gambled some more. Bozena and Matt both lost money, but last year they both won, so they didn't lose anymore than they won year. I lost last year, but won round 200.00 this year so I truly was ahead of the game.  We had breakfast and then we headed for home. Believe me, when we got home, we each hit our own beds and promptly fell asleep for three hours.

then new years day, we went into my counsins to eat dinner. we had a 7 layer salad, sauer kraut, kkelbasa, mashed potatoes, a pork roast with gravy, manicotti filled with a mixture of chicken and ricotta with a maranara sauce, then an eggnog pie, lemon cream pie, almond cake, and cookies.

later we played a game called apples to apples until 11:00 and came home.

believe me when I say we all slept in this morning. I made breakfast for all of us and then we watched some movies on tv.

We can't believe that Bozena leaves tomorrow. Time went so fast, but I think we will all have to diet for the next couple of months. Laughing Laughing   Bozena said she has to go home to diet. Laughing Laughing Laughing

well, that's the last few days and I hope I didn't bore you, but we are already planning on what we can  do when I go down there in May. Laughing Laughing

Sharon - Honestly - When we 're together, we talk , laugh, eat and sleep. We had such a great time.  If you get a chance  get the game apples to apples. Honestly, its a fun game . There was 5 of us playing (men watching football) and we never laughed so much.

Shirley - Yep, honey, I'm still going, thank the dear Lord and so I want to enjoy every minute.

Well, I will enjoy my time today, cause tomorrow starts our inventory count, always a treat Laughing I need to empty the van, and sort everything by product, supplier code, then total numbers.  I have some extra inventory this time as I missed the December trip to Windsor hypnotic

SHARON, I am drinking the coffee right now, thanks!!  I have found a couple of the K- cup coffees I like but find it is very expensive.  I like the Tulley's brand of Kona coffee and like the Newman's coffee also, very good.  Can't afford it though all the time so I will save the K-cups for when my son comes over and if we want a cup in the afternoon where I don't drink a whole pot and use the filter and use my coffee in the morning.

EVELYN, what a wonderful time you and Bozena and Matt had.   You guys have more energy than I had  years ago.  Amazing!!!!!  I am watching QVC have been since 6:00 am, it is the cooking show and am really enjoying it.  Yep it sounds like your house is not the place to diet at!!   Laughing

Hope everyone has a great Sunday!!

Good morning Sharon & RTM dwellers.  Sleep

Remember me? Popcorn!
Still working tons & tons (& TONS). Sharon - I've got a asiago cheese here - No kidding. There's a new Panera's by me Purple Banana (well, maybe not so much  Purple Banana for the waistline).

Meesa ordered her dress!!!! Now, that's EXCITING!!!!

Kim - I liked the Avatar - Visually amazing, but with all the hype, I couldn't help but be disappointed a bit. Kept comparing it to Star Wars (the first series). Maybe I'm just older. Sigh.

Marilyn - Yup. COLD, COLDER, COLDEST. The heat keeps kicking on & Matt is walking around (inside and outside) in shorts

So, Sharon, why no falefals? Did they sell out or was it on the summer menu? Loved Stratford. We have to go back.

Shirley -  Huggles Made prime rib (Karen - we had the same thought) on New Year's Day. Twice-baked potatoes & salad w/ fresh-baked rolls.

Evelyn - I always knew you were a winner Wink Sounds like you and Bozena are having a good time.

Beth - Yup. 7 a.m. is gonna come pretty early for the boy who has been sleeping in on his vacation.

Carolyn - Wow. Jacob looks like Bill.
How's your new job going?

Kim - Did you see that Adam performed in LA on New Year's Eve? He sounded fantastic. You can find them on you.tube. What makes your pencils quiver these days? blush

Karen - Poor Justin. Does aspirin help? Do you think it's related to a sports injury?  Paranoid

Spikee - Bet you loved having the baby all to yourself. How are you feeling?

Brenda & Becky - Did the kids have a good Christmas?
